I'd rather secure our rule in our home village by marrying Ashi. She's got excellent Martial and Diplomacy to balance our decent and poor versions, and our awesome Piety balances out her terrible score. Also I don't want to anger the shamans by marrying Mikah.

Oh thank the Jotunn for that awesome roll on Catching the wind and Seizing the crown! Damn, failed by one on Missing Goats, and no luck on making Bear Buddies. Oh well.

Fahday doesn't do much to cover our weaknesses in Diplomacy and Intrigue though. We need a wife that does that.

Why are they at each other's throats?
Is this a situation were both gods are a part of the same pantheon but there's some kind of conflict between them which spills back to their followers?
Or is there some historical reasons where the followers of each gods really things to each other?
Or is this really a situation where the Followers of the Singers are just kind of afraid that the Followers of the Allfather will try to do something?
What are the profiles of each god anyways?
Why do they follow the Singer and why do we follow the Allfather?
Or really, is the whole situation just a minor theological dispute that spiraled a bit too far and is now in the danger of going out of control?

Lowering the average piety of our children is not a good combo here in Norsca, and she's not actually Bad at those stats

Hell, she's better than we are at almost everything. All plus no minus. Marrying the other two will cut our average piety of the next generation by half to a third.

Mikah is Piety 7 if they don't inherit Genius(which is quite likely with only one Genius parent) and Ashi is even worse

We can give them a Piety education traits.

She's the best average of the bunch, maybe a bit greedy, but average. We can fix those religious problems by uncovering the Singer lore and spreading it around.

Also she has better piety than the other two, which given that this is NORSCA, is a must for good things.

Her stats nicely complement our own.
We have crappy martial and diplomacy, while she has crappy piety.
Our intrigue will not get any better, but hey.
 
We don't need to focus solely on Piety to the exclusion of everything else. People with low Piety in our tribe haven't fallen to Chaos.

Well yeah but is is well known that people with low Piety have a much greater chance of falling to Chaos. And it's not just a matter of tour heir, whom we have control of, but of his brothers and sisters too.

so the posibiliy of low Piety in the next generation is very scary indeed.

Let's solidify our rule please. We can work with her on piety, so that's not too big of a problem. Also this may let us increase our martial and diplomacy faster.

Also. If we choose Ashi, then we can protect her from Chaos. Having our martial advisor fall to Chaos would be bad.
