If this is canon Shadow Garden, then they will only see Arisa as a wild card. A very mysterious person who kept messing with their plans, both Shadow Garden and Cult of Diablos. Their general reaction to her will be wariness, and they will try to leave her alone as she doesn't necessarily try to fight them.
Well, unless they proclaim themselves an Eminence in Shadow, then Arisa who have no knowledge of them will utterly dismantle the organization. Well, until Cid himself comes to save the day.
And then it will be a battle of the century!
.... Or they will only think she is a hardcore fan of their lord, because Arisa also calls herself as Shadow. They will absolutely try to murder her, or recruit her depending on the circumstances.
Cid will still fight Arisa though, because he won't tolerate copycats, which Arisa would think so too... yes, the battle is inevitable.
Yes Cid will definitely try to fight Arisa, and vice versa. Canon Shadow killed an entire organization because he got jealous they do the "shadow broker" thing better LOL.

The LN (Yenpress translation) calls him Raphael in the first volume (during Rose's introduction) but other volumes simply calls him King Oriana.

I suddenly thought of this idea as I remember my 'twin princess' shadow and fanfic named 'eminence of alexia', then it got me thinking like: wait a minute, isn't Alexia personality and reputation if played right 50/50 it either became side character or mobs which is 'Mobs Cid' Minoru usually does... but how it would affect the plot?

Well, the Zenon plot would be much shorter.
As for the Yukime parts, maybe have Yukime visit the Frelldylls and act as Arisa's "God Mother". Of course, Arisa's parents would be deeply concern about this though in the end, Yukime would still use Arisa.
However instead of the Yukime and John Smith relationship, we'll have a surrogate mother and daughter relationship where Yukime would "see" much of herself in Arisa and Yukime becoming her mother.

Said Alexia, still thinking of money despite being a princess because as a second princess with mediocre reputation, she wasn't given enough allowance for her Eminence in Shadow plans.

If I did, it'll probably be a one-shot because I'm still busy with my Necromancer in Shadow fanfic, which has reached over 60 chapters by now, far longer than I initially planned and still no end in sight.

Pretty high.
Because, while her appearance is a reference to Arisa from Death March, I designed the fanfic like a shoujo manga, which means even if she didn't want to, she will win because it's one of the shoujo manga tropes (And she don't know that trope because again, she is more focused on trying to be an Eminence in Shadow than learning more about that kind of genre).

We just got an update on the king's name from Nakanishi (the director of the anime).
He said the author forgot the king's name and ended up giving different name to the studio. That's why on LN it's Raphael and then in anime it's Geerk.
And then one day god (Daisuke Aizawa) said "Let there be middle name". 🙏
So now his name is Raphael Geerk Oriana. 😅
I have a question, is this the same as the eminence in the shadows only with the protag being a girl?
Yes. This takes place in an AU where Cid is a girl.
