Scion was a combat focused Entity containing trillions of shards, so he's going to have a frankly ridiculous amount of redundancies spread out between the sheer number of shards and the expectation of combat damage. QA is often regarded as his most important shard, but while it was his primary administration shard, he probably had millions of lesser administrative shards scattered through out his bulk like we have nerve cells in our bodies. QA was just his equivalent of a brain stem.

thanks, The issue is that although GU is crazy she did still seem to draw the line between shard and host, so we don't know if the names are the shard's true names or not

Oh dear, I hope not. She, the human-like personality formerly known as Simurgh, arguably didn't even exist when all those people were getting murdered. I also hope that she doesn't turn into a woobie, develop angst over the fact that she's not a real girl or that other kids will never accept her, or anything of this sort.
