The Web of Peter Parker

[x] First day back in High School after summer break. Chance for me to turn my life around, make some friends, maybe even get a girlfriend. Then the city exploded.
 
I chose the Science Fair because I thought it was time for Peter to get some recognition for being "up there" in the smartness ranks in Marvel. What better way to do that than to meet the actual smartest people in Marvel?

I voted for Science fair because:
a) Science is fun
b) Proactive!Peter is Best!Peter, and having genius friends who expect genius from you seems a good way of poking him into doing that
c) We could be able to head off some Villain origins, or even turn them into Allies (see: Ock and Connors)
d) Never played InFamous
 
[X] Future Fair, with the best and brightest minds in the planet. All the big shots are gonna be there. Charles Xavier, Norman Osborn, Curt Conners, Reed Richards, Hank Pym, Otto Octavius, Tony Stark, Hank McCoy, and dozens more. There's even a section for people who registered ahead of time, like me, to show off some of the things they've worked on.

[X] Interview for an internship down at Omnitech, where Mom and Dad used to work. It'll look great on my resume, and it has some really fascinating research being done, I could learn a lot there. Plus, it'll help me learn more about my parent's, maybe even figure out why they were killed? Who killed them?

So, to understand something. The 'Infamous' choice is basically like ROB randomly throwing powers out into the city via explosion?
I lied, it wasn't a tie. But o3o didn't have the entire Vote Tally in his spoiler (the transparent text), so it overrided his actual vote (which is silly, spoiler votes shouldn't be counted in the program, ><). But! I remembered and found it! Go me!

Wasn't Fantastic Four ROB throwing superpowers via cosmic radiation? I don't see a difference.

And anyway, I thought the Fun Fair was more like, we'd maybe get to pick what kind of power we get? School is random (or whatever Infamous is), Museum is canon spidery powers, and Omnitech is I have no idea.

I didn't choose the explosion option because I don't really care about infamous. I've never played the game and don't have the emotional connection some people have to it. The city being destroyed might be interesting, but I'd really rather go with the superpower roulette and the chance to explore the greater marvel universe.

The city exploding wont really "restrict" you to say just the original rogue´s gallery or something, people getting powers and and the lockdown? tell me thats not a recipe for vigilantes and villains going on with their own agenda, about the greater marvel universe do you know how many of that happens in new york? most of the important capes are in new york in one way or another.
And what i said earlier about the science option, it just feels like people here ALWAYS choose to do science rather than everything else.
 
Sorry it's running late, sorta got distracted for a day or so. About a third of the way through writing.

Sorta funny ya know. When I wanted Infamous to win FF was ahead, and when I wanted FF to win Infamous came back. Eh, I'm happy either way.

Also, time to play the love song between the city of New York and redacted.
