Don't think so, after this he'll end up cursed by someone else.Wouldn't it be possible to collect Caine later to bring to Michael, afterwards?
[X] Forsake Caine, you can try the Great Work on Abel's corpse
I want to change canon by placing a far superior curse on Caine.[X] Forsake Caine, you can try the Great Work on Abel's corpse
So in Canon what happened is someone ignored Abel and cursed Caine and thus vampires were unleashed? Also because of the heavy damage done by the rebellion there currently isn't an afterlife so if Abel isn't tweaked at this moment his soul/persona/being is obliterated?
Hm, true.I'm a bit curious on why nobody wants to kill Caine.
There is no sevenfold vengeance mark yet.
but wouldn't that just be revenge and or murder itself? We are a angel and so due process should be what we should do, not just kill him without a proper judgement from GodHm, true.
Well, anyone else up for it?
I wouldn't want to split votes, but killing Caine should be relatively fast so we could do that AND help his brother I think.
But in canon humanity seemed to be able to do relatively ok without him?Doesn't Caine represent a good portion of humanity? Killing him can cause a major die off for humans as a full quarter of them is killed.

Well, in the future world Caine's children certainly fucked it up plenty, so I don't think that'll be the case for much longer. In this quest it was pointed out that in one layer of the world is Adam and Eve and all of their children, in another layer it is the many proto-humans that would evolve into humans. So to me it seems like while in one layer Caine just killed Abel, in another, a quarter of humanity just slaughtered another quarter.
And things were okay because Caine was given the mark and left to wander. I don't know what would happen if we kill him. Plus remember that Murder is only recently a thing, we do not want to be caught up in it.

Honestly, I'm just against not acting against Caine, so I really don't want the "do nothing to him while focusing on Abel" vote to win.
Caine needs to be neutralized.
I was hoping we could make it so there are no vampires or any other supernatural beings coming from this, so Caine doesn't fuck the world up any more.We know how [at least one path of] cursing Caine goes; vampires. And we can alter that a bit, but it's not really treading new ground. But using a spark of ineffable shining exaltation to empower the unjustly victimized, that is a story the works of darkness doesn't really tell. I'm rather interested in seeing where that plot hook might lead. Hence picking Abel over Caine.
