So humanity is basically this project that has pretty much gained the attention of all the Houses. I can't blame them when the Almighty does something like that after...well who knows how many different things God has worked on at this point.

I mean does time even exist as a concept to Angels?

Angels created the universe: On one layer of reality that took billions of years directing forces and evolution to create humanity.
Of course on the other layer of humanity, that took six days to create a couple.

From a certain point of view, you have Adam and Eve, from the other thousands of proto-hominids.

As for Time itself

It was the Seraph of the Fourth House that created Time just as the Seraph of the Third created Space. The Silver City in which you reside is nominally outside Time.
 
Interesting. Very fantastical view on the creation story and the process that goes into creating a universe. I always enjoying reading these, everyone tends to have a very unique view on the process that goes into such a thing.
