Given the number of receptionists present, this may be the best-documented act of successful adventuring in a generation.

She already took payment from those mage apprentices and technically speaking is her tower. So any reward would involve her family and she is avoiding her parents at the moment.

Interestingly, Juliette seems to be legitimately good at recruiting.

Don't know about salary negotiating, but the vampire seems to be overperforming as librarian. The receptionist would undoubtedly be an excellent magical advisor. The troll door guard seems to be guarding the door quite effectively.

There's some dispute over whether Coppelia is actually employed as a handmaiden, but she's been pretty handy nonetheless.

Roland actually does possess mages in Reitzlake Castle. It is only the Royal Villa where there are no court mages, owing to the fact they failed to conjure camembert on demand.
