Not to be a downer, but... the only human that is shown capable of using theirs outside of the Dark Hour/TV World/Metaverse is the P3MC, as far as I know. It takes a lot of strain to maintain a Persona for a long time, let alone in the real world. In any case, if anyone can do it, karmic-charged Madoka can.

A Confusing Landfall

Your nerves churn as you glance around the empty chamber, carefully studying the moving images the portals present to you.
And yet, you see nothing of real importance. No clues as to what truly lies on the other side.
You close your eyes, prompting yourself to calm down. A woman's voice reaches your ears, and you give a small smile. Even here, at the edges of your home, Belladonna's majestic singing still lingers.
Ultimately deciding to ignore the dirty 'alleyway', you turn to the two more visually interesting of the trio. If you wanted to go to a generic human metropolis, you would not need the help of your master, but…
It would not be here if there wasn't something special about it.
With one last longing look at the peculiar human fortress, you push down your hesitation and turn left, walking confidently towards the city.
You immediately regret it the moment you pass through, a cacophony of sensations hitting you all at once.
The comfortable, cool atmosphere of the Velvet Room is suddenly gone, the hot humid air of reality striking your face making you grimace. Belladonna's voice is also cut off, leaving you with the loud, invasive noise of…

You glance back, and are momentarily taken aback when you see nothing but a human-made metal pole and the clear blue sky, the portal already long gone.
A hard object stings your hand, and you realize you are holding your Grimoire and the Portal Key in a white-knuckled grip. You immediately release it, shoving your key in one of the pockets of your dress.
As you walk to the edge of what you believe is called a 'rooftop', you distantly note that there are no other human buildings in sight.
Looking down after making sure your balance is right, you are able to see the living statement to human ingenuity at its fullest, being much more beautiful than any other human city you have ever seen.
You spot a moderately-sized river in the distance, a much less glamorous city resting on the other side.
You wonder where you ended up.
How do you proceed?
