The Rim and the Hammer (Exalted/Warhammer Quest)

Really? Forging Orichalcum is a relatively simple Alchemical rite. Only Adept level.
Yes, but-
Sure if you have a workshop in the caldera of an active volcano.
-this. Plus, penalties for anyone who isn't a Celestial; it's difficult, dangerous, tedious, and expensive. Hideously expensive; if I recall correctly, the conversion rate from gold to orichalcum is 10:1, so for even a single pound of orichalcum you need to process ten pounds of gold. And since the whole process is dependent on focusing the purifying light of the Unconquered Sun - alchemy, not Sorcery; it works with the local laws of metaphysics, it doesn't overwrite them - so it might not even be possible at all in the Old World.

Some bad news guys, I've been thinking about this quest for a while now and the problem is... I just don't know enough Exalted to do it justice. I jumped into this too soon with limited understanding of the lore and no understanding of the mechanics of charms so it's hard for me to translate things over especially through the lens of a civ quest.

So for now this quest is on hiatus. When I have more of a grasp of Exalted I'll come back to it.

Well I do hope that what you have learned here will be helpful when Molly get her hell in green flames raising. Also that should be nice training wheels for learning about Exalted though a civ lense.
