Looking at Lance's options, we need to think on what is best for our future Plans and what Lance is good at.

My Idea is something a little... long term, but could be very interesting if we can make it work.

We get in on the Retail market and we make a little chain that maybe could be considered a place to "Buy in Large" if you catch my meaning.

I am however favorable to the Real Estate option or Insurance ideas

Honestly Lance isn't terrible. he's just not optimal. Also, OUR cult doesn't need diplomacy. all teh pistcahions are already members. we're not trying to grab non-pistachions right now, and once we do try, there will be plenty of Diplo pistachions for him to use as minions for recruiting.

Calling the vote here.

Looks like Lance is going to start a transportation company after college. Probably starting off with trucking once initial capital is raised, I'm guessing.
 
Possible next industries to target that aren't listed:
-Utilities (Might mean strong leverage over a region tactically; no city can survive if you turn off the electricity, water, gas etc and ownership of the infrastructure is a natural monopoly. Arbitrarily cutting services sometimes on human dwellings is a potential way to get them to leave. Monitoring individuals' communications as a phone service provider also means potential intrigue options).
-Energy (for much the same reasons; even a small mid-stream oil company that owns a few pipelines can probably do some damage to energy security in a target region if they really want to)
-Manufacturing is listed, but what kind of manufacturing is that specifically? Owning a weapons factory could only be beneficial to taking over the world.
