The Pistachion Plot (A Disney Villains Victorious CK2-Style Secret Society Quest)

Nightmares of Tomorrow
Nightmares of Tomorrow

Bill has been called many thing throughout the eons "Monster" "The Beast with just one Eye" "Dream Demon" "Sixty Degrees That Come in Threes" and his most personal favorite "Master of the Mind" but he has never been called been called a quitter, so when his end seemed upon him he did what any multi-dimensional being of pure power would do and called in a favor. With an annoying pest that controlled time out of the way and the power of an overgrown lizard, Bill Cipher cheated death and remade reality.

True he needed to wait another TRILLION years before he could truly do anything, but he can wait. Besides with a little foresight and fooling of a spoiled little brat of a cosmic time keeper, gaining the means to watch events of interest was child's play. Rifts of time and space, ways to watch and influence when time caught up to the rifts view.

His single eye looks over the little rifts into space and time, watching things that will be and have been.
He sees a curse unleashed on a kingdom's greatest protectors over the fear and betrayal of a single man, trapping them for thousands of years.
He sees beings who only wish to bring joy being hunted down by one of their own made a far crueler Ink.
He sees a young man with a deep ambition and intelligence make his way through New York, he sees another weirder young man on a ship heading for a land of opportunity, only to land in America like a moron.
He sees a weirdo in a blue suit holding onto a caped child trying to get a bomb off the fools cape,
He sees a Man spending time with his young daughter in a city of great robots and more costumed freaks.
He sees a City of animals gripped by fear and hate.
He sees what seems to be a Duck in a Kilt counting money in a Office.
And he sees a Tiger in a suit talking with a large Polar Bear and his Shrew Employer.

Yes indeed things were progressing nicely on Earth, but his eye sees many things across the universe, not just that little ball of water and dirt.
He sees a multi colored asteroid flying in space on a crash course to Earth.
He sees a Crab Like Monster showing his Son around a factory for fear and instilling a belief that the company comes first over life.
He sees a spaceship endlessly continuing it's useless cruise across the stars due to the failure of it's mechanical captain to go beyond it's programing.
He sees an in his opinion brilliant scientist creating hundred's of monsters of pure chaos to unleash on the galaxy.
And he sees a Young monster having a rousing speech to his fellows about the injustices done by some weird corn loving fools.

Sure somethings seemed a bit unstable and a few unknowns were in the mix. But it was nothing he could not work around, because this time Bill knows what is coming. So what if some weird time anomaly's followed from the joining of realities, not like they can do anything to change the outcome.

His musing done for the next few eons, his gaze turns to a particular rift he keeps special, showing a little town in Oregon, the lynchpin for his plans and while it will be a long time before it is even built in relative time, Bill is patient. And his plans were already in motion and some changes were already being made, after all why should the party be limited to the old gang when there are new folk who could see his brand of fun as a good time.

"I'll see you soon Sixer, for the first time and you as well Pine Tree, hope you enjoy sanity it while it lasts, because like I said We will Meet again. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"

========================================================================================================================

Here is a Omake from everyone's favorite Triangle, hope this is good and makes sense. But yeah I took some liberties with Bill and how he merged the worlds and timelines, like in Gridlock he did merge everything, but i do not know if a reason was given, so i decided to use his las message in the show as inspiration for his cheating death and creating a new reality to try again, with some differences of course.

I'm catching up with Kim possible, and apparently in addition to whatever business he ran or was a part of Senor Senior at some point was a extreme sports star. He's the 4th richest man in the world, so he has to have done more than just that, but if he ever becomes relevant he is definitely a interesting character. I kind of want to make a character sheet for him almost

Prologue: 1957 Part 1
Kansas Domination

The year is 1957.

In the wake of a major incident involving a popular superhero resulted in large numbers of casualties and property damage, a new "Superhero Liability Act" was quickly passed through congress. The law made all heroes at fault for any damage they cause while crime-fighting, effectively outlawing powered heroics.

While most have quietly retired and sought amnesty in exchange for never putting their masks and tights on again, a select few have decided to continue the good fight as vigilantes. Anti-super sentiment is through the roof, and this has further put them in direct conflict the people they are trying to save. This and the fact that many villains have simply picked up where they left off without heroes to stop them have overwhelmed police departments across the nation.

(Thanks Architect!)

This shouldn't really affect you much in the long run, but it might present a potential opportunity as you consider how to further your goals...

[] Operation: Green Thumb

Pick Two actions in total (Not from each category). You currently have an extra +5 to all rolls relating to Operation: Green Thumb until the end of the prologue.

Martial
-[] Rob a bank (loud)
DC 55 (reduced)

You had checked out the local bank and were shocked to notice a lack of security cameras. Then you remembered that they wouldn't be a thing for at least another decade or so. Perhaps it would be prudent to fabricate a generic human disguise to rob the bank, stash the money somewhere, and to retrieve it later? It'll take some time to come up with a plan and acquire the tools necessary, but you think it could be done.

(Reward: Loadsamoney, can attempt many purchase actions, ??? when prologue ends)

Diplomacy
-[] Win Friends and Influence People
DC 75

You'll admit, you don't exactly have the best grasp of human conversation. While you were able to impress your bosses, you feel as if you have more room to grow in the art of persuasion, and a good first step would be to get some practical experience.

(Reward: A better understanding of humanity and how to influence people, potential career advancement, ??? when prologue ends)

Stewardship
-[] Save your money to purchase something
DC 50

Buying the home ate through "your" savings, but you have a good salary to keep you afloat. Perhaps you should focus on saving and investing your money in order to make some big purchases? You could cut back on food and start gathering nutrients from the ground at night.

(Reward: Unlocks ability to attempt one purchase action: invest in real estate, purchase farm, purchase ranch, purchase firearms, etc.)

-[] Attempt a Purchase Action (See Below)

You've saved up some money, now it's time to spend it on something valuable. You could get a farm to have the infrastructure to support a large amount of sprouts being grown, or maybe you could buy a ranch for Katie to eventually teach her sprouts about "rural living". Alternatively, you could build a cache of weapons in case of emergencies or invest in real estate to further your wealth in the long run.

--[] Purchase a farm
DC 40

--[] Purchase a ranch
DC 40

--[] Purchase an assortment of weapons (guns, ammo, knives, etc.)
DC 30

--[] Invest in real estate
DC 35

Intrigue
-[] Rob a bank (silent)
DC 75 (reduced)

You had checked out the local bank and were shocked to notice a lack of security cameras. Then you remembered that they wouldn't be a thing for at least another decade or so. Perhaps it would be prudent to fabricate a generic human disguise to rob the bank, stash the money somewhere, and to retrieve it later? (Reward: Loadsamoney, can attempt many purchase actions, ??? when prologue ends)

Learning
-[] Study for and take the GED
DC 45

While you have identification papers for Derek, you don't quite have everything you might need to do some of the stuff you'll eventually want to do. Having a GED could be a good first step for enrolling at the University of Kansas once you can quit your job and the associated identity at the Kansas Office of Vital Statistics.

(Reward: One of the requirements for Derek Kerman to enroll at the University of Kansas is met)

-[] Study the framework of government
DC 70

There is a lot of complexity regarding the plan besides just running for governor and winning. There is the federal government, branches in the federal government, branches in the state government, and the local government(s) of various districts and counties. You need to learn all you can in order to determine your infiltration priorities.

(Reward: Can better plan the government angle of taking over the state)

Here's my thoughts. We may want to start with a Ranch for Katie instead of a farm. it's pretty clear that exponential growth is unsustainable, but we can build up really darn quickly, so no need to set up the farm as fast as possible.

Anyway, I believe studying for the GED is a good idea as well as purchasing some land, either for farming or ranching for Katie to run for herself later.

As for personals, I think Derek should try to get more human experiences down, like learning about holidays and doing a drive around the country side to get a feel for the state, stuff that could come up in conversations later.

As for the Kids personals, i think Allura should go and hang in the library, Hunk could play some sports or hang with the local kids, Katie could go and attend an annual county fair with Keith, and Lance can set up a Lemonade stand. Getting his own start of business.

I agree on the Human Experiences bit, especially holidays. I think having holidays might unlock some holiday themed actions that could be cute. like presents. And trick or treating.

This is my basic plan

As a head's up, the opening of the above post was tweaked at my suggestion because the acronym "SRA" already belongs to the Superhero Relocation Act. It now refers to a "Superhero Liability Act", or SLA.

As a explanation for the personals, I want hunk to work with lance to build the fort. Hunk can be the heavy lifter and Lance can be the designer. Katie Keith and allura are self explanatory

As for public speaking, I figured it would be important if we wanted to be a politician and I doubt that its part of the curriculum of the GED

Hmmmm, if the apocrypha is canon
Could this verse had Edna and Senior have a kid name Junior?

It would be funny hero vs. villain fashion

Hey, this is a nice quest! Glad I find it when I did, means I can get in on the ground floor. Anyways, I notice a curious lack of crimes despite it being highly profitable and Derek having a decent martial? So I decided to put out my own plan! And also, I had Katie practice some (hopefully cowboy-related) sports, I don't really see the point of putting our sprout with an amazing trait for Martial/Stewardship work on Diplomacy training.

Thanks for noticing. Somehow I counted Tax Fraud as my 4th skill instead of my third. Fixed it in post by adding Investing to the skill list.
Drat, I could have guaranteed my victory if other people noticed and didn't tell you! I am clearly not worthy to pretend to be a villain.

My hope with the county fair is that Katie wins some prizes or meets a potential future asset. County fairs in Kansas are probably the closest thing to a cowboy themed form of live entertainment, they tend to have a lot of farm animals and horses and stuff, so I figured her trait would proc

I'm surprised you went for robbing the bank, pretty much everyone seems to want to go semi legit and eventually become president legally. Any specific reason why you want to rob the bank?
