The Outer Dimension Offensive Reloaded!

Solus allows the conversation to continue, still mulling over the potential pitfalls of magic as powerful as a Magical Girl's. War Forger seems uncertain of her own abilities, which is never a good thing. But there is little he can do to help at the moment.

Rather than ask more questions, he moves over to the pot and checks on what can be called a stew. The heat of the hearth is pleasant from up close.

After a careful taste-test, Solus mixes a smattering of spices into the stew and begins stirring. He heard from other troopers that humans are not to be trusted with food, especially Magical Girls. Too young to know a proper meal unless it jumps into their mouth.

Achilles wanders over to the pot after the debrief, looking into the "stew". "You can cook? That's a relief. I was hoping I wouldn't be stuck eating insects for a week straight a second time, and I'm glad that hope came true."

A more serious look comes across Achilles' face. "More importantly, sir, any ideas on how to split our forces? I believe my expertise would be best suited to the wooded areas, as it is far easier to hide and relocate there."

Solus is about to comment on being the oldest out of ten, so of course he knows how to cook. But he refrains when his ally keeps going.

"More importantly, sir, any ideas on how to split our forces? I believe my expertise would be best suited to the wooded areas, as it is far easier to hide and relocate there."
A soft hum escapes Solus as he considers the question.

"I will keep that in mind, trooper. Part of it will depend on how our 'claiming' of territories works in practice, though. And while it makes sense to cover more ground, I don't like splitting up when we're already so few."

He pauses to take another sip from the broth, nods, and motions with the ladle. "I will give it some thought over dinner."
