[X] Cut Droopy down. Droopy will go off and do his own thing.
-[X] Keep an eye out to make sure he doesn't follow us
I don't care if it's naive. I don't want to reopen that old wound with Droopy, nor give him extra motivation to attempt new shenanigans against Hua Yin. Nor I want to add real substance to the bad rumors about Hua Yin, even if Droopy turns out to be one of those spreading them. He'd do it whatever we do, so at least let's not give him true ammo.
Besides, leaving him there or demanding payment just for undoing a snare is a dick move, and I don't want Hua Yin to be a dick. If Droopy was asking us a favor or service, I'd gladly charge him extra. If helping him had a cost for Hua Yin, I'd demand compensation. But neither is the case here, and I don't see value in kicking someone when they're down. We're gonna have enough enemies and trouble without purposedly breeding resentment.
If Droopy pulls something on Hua Yin again, I'll revise my position. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me" and all that. But for now, I'm going with letting sleeping dogs lie.
[X] Attempt to peacefully gather spirit herbs. This will require a survival check. A fail may result in combat with the herd.
-[X] If they become aggressive just use EDP to climb back up the cliff and avoid a fight.
Let's go for the minor prize, at least. If the Fuzhu are so rare, I don't want to contribute to their extinction.
Plus, given how much Yang Genji has kept herself apart from most disciples, I'm suspecting that she's extremely wary of people only reaching to her because of the benefits her friendship can bring. If Hua Yin shows appretiation for the Fuzhu instead of seeing only the prizes he can gain from it, it could make Genji let her guard down more in his case.
