You looked at the young kunoichi in front of you and realized something. She was alone. And that was almost stupid. What kind of fucking village would throw a genin out onto a patrol with no back up or any team that would-
"I am Genin Karin Uzumaki, and I order you to-"
Naruto Inturrupt:

You turned to see Naruto looking at the girl with such a wild and bewildered look that you almost thought the fox had taken over his body. "Wait, did you say Uzumaki?" He asked.
Everyone on the team looked to Naruto, and then you moved your hand to stop Yakumo or Sasuke from intervening. You wanted to see how this would play out. "Yeah you idiot, believe it!" She said with a smile as she held out a Kunai. "Now surrender your weapons and-"
"I'm an Uzumaki!" Naruto said, and that caused Karin to stop. She examined Naruto and then growled in anger.
"No you're not, don't try to and say you are, you are no Uzumaki because every one of my family except for my mom and grandma died when Uzisho fell and we were forced to live in this shithole of a village, now put down your weapons and surrender!"
Interrupt:

That made you pause, as you briefly remembered the time Kakashi told you about Kushina Uzumaki. Her records were rather secretive, but the jounin was… extremely competent. And deadly… and from Kakashi's stories… sweet, caring, and had a temper from hell.
You knew little about Kushina herself, but a few facts did creep in. She was another survivor from Uzushio who left right before it fell during the Second War… and you knew for a fact, that she was Naruto's mother.
"I wouldn't say that. Because there was another survivor from Uzushio who was living in Konoha. Her name was Kushina." That earned a look from both Karin and Naruto. "And Naruto is her son."
That made Karin look at Naruto again. "He doesn't have red hair! He can't be an Uzumaki!" She then pointed to Yakumo. "She looks more like an Uzumaki than he does."
That set Yakumo off in a way that you honestly didn't expect. "Hey fuck you bitch, I'm a proud member of the Kurama clan!" Yakumo shouted and flipped her the bird. "I will not be called something I am not!"
Out of everything that could have caused her to not believe you, it was the fact Naruto didn't have red hair that truly didn't sell it. "You're serious. You are not even going to try and say that we're lying because he doesn't have red hair?"
"Mom was a redhead… and you knew about her!" He pointed at you in outrage.
"I only knew that she existed, a little bit of her backstory, and some very brief notes from when Kakashi told me about her before you became my student." You stated. "I don't know anything else about that." You replied.
Sasuke stood next to you and sighed. "Sensei, what is going on?"
Naruto and Karin were looking at each other, and then she noticed the seal. "Hey… who made that seal?"
"I did," Naruto said proudly before he looked at Karin. "Why do you ask?"
"That's exactly how my mom makes seals." She said. "You all need to come with me."
"We're on a mission right now," Yakumo said. "Sensei, please just knock this bitch out before Hanzo and I put her into a nightmare that she will never wake from."
You frowned. "Oh gods."
Sasuke sighed. "What have we gotten ourselves into?"
"I have no idea." You replied.
The First Attack:

Then you heard a branch break and you dodged a blade that would have taken you out, grabbing both Sasuke and Yakumo and taking cover. Karin and Naruto both froze for a moment before Karin pushed Naruto into some cover.
"What the heck was that?!" Sasuke screamed as you let him go and he pulled out some shuriken.
"We have 'em boys!" A voice from beyond the treeline came about, and you saw two…
Stone Nin? What the hell was Iwa nin doing here!?
There were five nin that walked out of the tree line, several of them ready to cast jutsu. "Just Genin, this a turkey shoot boys, kill 'em all! We need that scroll so take your time. We gotta find that jounin that was with them."
Dammit ALL! You had a fight on your hands!
And in the back of your mind, you knew that somehow, Danzo was to blame.

A Note about combat Write in: This write-in will detail for all members of the team, save Karin, who will be doing saving throws while you are fighting.
You can make it as simple or as complicated, involving one or all of the team members, or do everything yourself as a badass jounin.
