Kakashi was not trying to hide, which was nice for a change, because honestly, you didn't want to really attempt to look for him. You were not Shiro, who had that dammed… sixth sense thing that made him find everyone who was attempting to hide from him. Though that book was always with him, and honestly you should have expected it.
Why the Hokage wasn't paying him to play hide and seek with the entire ANBU unit in charge of protecting the village, you'll never know, it seemed like a waste of resources to not have him do it. "So. How do you think they are doing?"
Sasukes Attmept:

"Sasuke already peaked. At least he did it to save Yakumo from falling." You muttered as you took away the rewards. "And yes, I think it's going great."
"You were never planning on failing them, were you?" Kakashi said as he turned the page on his book.
"What makes you say that?" You asked, with a small smile on your face.
"The Hokage's Orders?" Kakashi stated.
"You're just saying that because you got stuck with the Ino-Shika-Cho team and they passed the bell test legitimately." You responded with a laugh. "Like they actually got one bell from you, a first."
Naruto's Attempt:

Oh, Naruto failed by cheating and trying to speak from his gag of duct tape, but to tell Sasuke to put his foot two more inches to the left to not fall over. You really need to get him to work on that, but they trusted each other to listen… a good start.
Kakashi frowned under his mask. "I hate you. And the Hokage for making me suffer."
"At least Shiro had a fun time with testing them?" You joked.
"Shiro tried to make them run through the forest of death," Kakashi replied. You frowned. Of course, he did. He didn't want to be a teacher, and having them fight for their lives and die trying would be a really good way to get off training Genin. "They are okay."
You laughed. "Hiking in the forest of death, trying to reach the tower, that must have been fun."
"He enlisted Ayako."
"He brought your mother into this? And they survived?" You asked. "Wow, what did he have on her to do something she didn't want to do?"
"He claimed to know who worked as a spy for Tsunade in this town." He replied. "I can't believe she still buys that stupid lie."
"Maybe she just uses it as a way to keep herself from wandering off to find Jiraya." You stated. "And trying to kill him."
Yakumo's Attempt:

Yakumo cheated as well, this time by removing her earplugs to hear what Sasuke was saying, which made you pull the reward away.
Well, they lost the reward, but you were going to give them points for actually trying to do it when you were… seemingly not paying attention.
They were relying on each other quite well to get through this, and despite Yakumo's lack of physical ability, she was doing quite well in keeping up.
"You aren't failing them."
"They are putting in quite an effort to pretend that they aren't cheating. And for most of the obstacle course, they were trying to do it legitimately." You replied.
"You just want to pass them don't you?"
"It will make the ROOT minders that are following me back off. Since I won't be anywhere near the black ops anymore, Danzo will have lost me for good." You replied. Danzo really needed to find something better to do with his time, like reconcile with his kids before one of them tried to assassinate him.
Kakashi sighed. "Still? I thought Hiruzen told them off the last time they followed you."
"This is Danzo we're talking about. He'll always find a way to do what he wants and Hiruzen will just let him for Kami knows why." You replied as the kids reached the end of the course. "Well, Time to burst their bubbles and give them only one reward. Good luck with your team Kakashi."
"I hate you."
"Well I hate Danzo, so we agree to disagree." You smiled as you disappeared into leaves.

As you appeared, he tripped on you. "I saw everything!" you said, showing them your face as they all backed off.
Sasuke and Yakumo were both looking at Naruto. "Seriously, you all need to try harder when trying to get things past me."
"Wha?" Sasuke seemed utterly confused when you said that.
"Sasuke, did you really think I didn't see your hand lift the band for that second while you were crossing the rope bridge to make sure Yakumo didn't fall?" You asked.
Sasuke said nothing. "Naruto, I heard you direct Sasuke to prevent him from taking the plunge."
Naruto was beginning to complain but instead, you looked to Yakumo and ignored him. "And you removed the earplugs to listen to Sasuke, and to get through the hurdle that you would not have made otherwise."
"You all didn't follow my instructions when those orders were concrete. And the rewards you had were for you passing while following my instructions." But you pulled out the single reward for all of them. The Coupons to their favorite restaurants. "However, you passed. And that deserves a reward."
All three kids then cheered, with Yakumo hugging Naruto, and Sasuke being pulled into the group hug.
Ahh… to be young again… you wished you had that luxury.

[]Gate Duty: The Second Easiest Job in Konoha that may put you in actual Danger. Most of the time the Gate duty is not the same as guard duty at the gate. This means that the kids will be treated to the joys and wonders of Paperwork. Are you cruel? Are you mad? No, but you think that things are going to be alright.

Review Naruto's booksmart capabilities and what he is supposed to know from the Academy, stuff like basic maths, the physical forms, the hand seal signs. Then go over the questions with Naruto, with everytime after you have thoroughly explained the logic behind the information and Naruto still gets a answer wrong, you throw away good ramen in front of Naruto.
-[X] How do you want to Train Sasuke: Chakra Control, get Sasuke started on water walking. Sauske is pretty fine all around, so we can get him specialized as a ninjutsu focus. And for that it will need chakra control. Also add in some medical textbook quizes for Sauske as if we can get Sauske's chakra control high enough we can turn him into the team medic and get healings for cheaper than at the hospital!

Also DODGE the stick Lassie is great Training! Not sure how exactly to train any of them, so this plan is unfinished. Only thing I can think of is maybe working on Yakumo's physical ability to get her up to the point where, while she'll probably still be below average, she's at least passable and can do what she needs to. And even then, I'm not sure how viable that is because I don't remember the extent or cause of her physical frailty.
Mission is mostly out of distaste for options three through five and preference over option two. Also included a subvote here because that did actually happen in canon when Squad 7 were on a dog-sitting mission between the bell test and the Land of Waves arc.
Therapy is a must for this group, and aside from that, the main question for me was whose issues to tackle first. While Naruto's are probably the least severe, I think Sasuke's and Yakumo's are at the very least not as immediately pressing.
EDIT:
He hasn't even learned tree walking yet! If you're going to have him work on his chakra control, start there, not with water walking!

Further motivation will be done with offering taijutsu and ninjutsu as a reward for completing his course work, as well as offering to teach him the finer points of pranking for especially good work.

Nah, rather throw him in the deep end, and it'll aid his ego to be doing something he'll likely consistently fail at for a few weeks. I also personally consider Water Walking and Tree Walking to be about equally difficult. Like writing and typing are two skills that are related, but they do require different muscle memory.
