We really need a female adjutant so that there's at least one ordinary woman around for the girls to talk to about girl stuff.

Also, so that they'll start shipping us with said adjutant, because if they're trying to match-make then they're not openly crushing on us.

Won't the girls just treat her like a rival for our affections? That's clearly more anime.At least until the new girl earns their respect in some kind of bonding scene. They'd still be rivals though.
