-[X]The pair of them return to the Spider's den as stealthily as possible.
[X] Silence the small blue creature and then hide. Observe what is going on if you can do so safely. If you can recover the hosts then do so but not being seen is more important.

[X]Vanish. Time to test your skill. Ambush them, pick them off one by one. Prove your superiority. Your supreme grace and deadliness. And if by some miracle they manage to spot you then destroy them. New and interesting trophies. And the strongest would make suitable hosts.

Predalien:
[X] Observe and Learn

Ah, got to love a derail in the morning. ☺

Shouldn't the Predalien's action acknowledge the presence of the na'vi child? And taking on a na'vi warband solo is likely to get the Predalien killed, they have those horse things so they are probably faster and they have bows which will probably pierce its carapace. This isn't like fighting the local predators which need to get into melee range and thus suffer from the acid blood.

1d100 → [74] = (74)

Acid blood! It decays things! Surely that pleases Grandfather Nurgle!

Any chance we could use mine? Few seconds earlier and i would've posted.

Yeah, my roll wasn't the best, but I might've had another one, stupid Invisible Castle lagged, so I hit the roll button a buncha times....

Eh, doesn't matter.

Oh, good to know. That's why we label. Your first roll was a 92.

... I am kinda curious how an Xenomorph Ikran would look like.

Or even better, one of those big ones that gets you proclaimed as Big Boss if you only manage to fly the damned thing.

Mutalisks?! No, not really.
Far away, the Prowler and the Drone decide to return to the Spider's Den stealthy. As unneeded as that is... They move troughs the treetops, silent as shadows while avoiding any big life-signs with the Prowler's senses. Still, as you are leaving you notice the vehicles lifting off towards their settlement and you wonder what they were doing.

With luck they may arrive by the morrow without being detected...

[] or you could Sprint, that surely would be faster!
[] but you will continue this way. Better safe than sorry!

On the outskirts of the Hive, the Predalien finds itself facing a small kid of all things. It runs towards him, but decides to ignore it. What could such a creature do? The Predalien instead looks at his surroundings, and prepares the best route to Vanish. To prepare an ambush against it's attackers!

As the kid approaches, the Predalien prepares to set him aside, culling the young is never a good idea for our species, they need to grow and reproduce so that we may also thrive!

But the kid does not attempt to fight. She simply runs behind the Predalien -as if seeking protection- and starts exclaiming something while pointing at the approaching hoof steps while crying. You don't have any idea what to do with the kid, but a small part of your mind tells you to silence her and make sure she does not accidentally anything.

Ordering the Predalien to do it, he prepares to knock out the kid before you stop him. That's not how you do it! You chastise the Predalien, before putting a finger above the kid's lips and pointing at the nearby shrub.

The kid seems to understand, and tries to unsuccessfully shut up. Instead it starts to softly cry, and hiccup. Still, when it sees the tied up wolves, you see something akin of hope light up on his eyes.

Taking a nearby rock in one of his hand, the kid huddles and tries to hide. You disappear and become one with the forestmoving towards the on-coming gallops, you come face to face with a pair of strange creatures. Enormous bright-red abominations, with the lower body of a reptilian horse, a thin long head with wings and a needle like face.

One of them is clearly wounded, a pair of enormous arrows piercing it's side and a knife stabbed in what you believe is it's neck. You decide it's time to test your skill. To Ambush them, and pick them off one by one.

The wounded one is falling behind by a little bit, so you decided to strike it first.

Already in an adventurous position, the Predalien jumps down just as they reach the clearing you were in. Claws and jaws and tail attack the creature in an unearthly carnage. Yet as it starts falling, it's head flies out of the body with a shrill. It starts flying around, and launches itself against you. You manage to deflect it, barely, and it's thin head scratches the Predalien tail.

The Predalien feels woozy for a moment, a moment in which it's blood eradicated the alien venom. Without hesitation, the Predalien strikes down the flying head with it's tail, impaling it deeply on it, before looking at the other creature approaching the fight.

This one coils it's long neck back like a snake, before shooting the thin flying head like a bullet. Faster than thought it attempts to pierce the Predalien chest. The Predalien can dodge plasma guns.

Taking a mighty leap, the Predalien avoids the impact, yet the flying head turns back mid-air to persue him. Roaring in joy at a good fight, the Predalien moves towards the body of the creature as it heads pursued him. In moments, it's claws pierce the body, and lift it up as a shield towards the head.

The head strikes the body not expecting such a tactic, and before it manages to get free, the Predalien slams the animal on top of it's own head. It takes seconds as it's own venom kill the creature.

The Predalien starts roaring for it's victory, you suddenly hear another scream of joy. Before you are able to react, you have a kid hugging the Predalien mid drift in joy, excited by your victory. Then the kid starts crying.

What do you do?
