Oh my gosh I have to leave the game to get you two down to one PC each!? :p

@Xellos, @Wade Garrett, start a convo or recycle a previous one. I'll give you an infodump when I can.

Well, when you're just a player, you can be irresponsible like that. On the other hand, if you have two GMs with like five PCs, then it just looks like two jackasses playing with each other while these other guys are their backdrop.

So yes. You needed to leave the game to get us down to one PC each! :p:V

Update. Things are not quite as bad as expected, and I expect a good turnout if I discipline myself, but I am definitely not going to be able to GM anymore.

I am going on an LDS mission. Missions typically take two years to complete, during which I won't make any contact with the forum. This decision was made by my own volition, for my own wellbeing.

I do have a mild regret, in that I wasn't the GM to give @Xellos his never before seen finished PbP, and that I have to give up over two years of effort... but if I manage to return, I will look at this thread, recall what we are capable of, and come up with another game.

If Xellos still wishes to take over I will give him my plans and wish him luck, but I don't expect it.
It's been a good, fun game Cyreni, thank you for making it for us. If nothing else, it's certainly sparked an interest for me in games with actual set systems. I'll be remembering this all quite fondly, and I hope it's been just as enjoyable for you.

I hope your mission goes well, and that you find all that you seek. Be safe.

@Cyreni, I know I've been out of the game for a while, but I just want to say good luck on your mission. You've been one of the best GM's I've ever had the pleasure of playing with and a very patient guy to continue GMing for two years with such a giant roster of PC's.

I actually asked Wade yesterday when the possibility came up. :V

...And one of the things that we planned on was bringing the PC counts that we controlled down to 1 each(since it seems kind of odd to have GMs with a small army of PCs in addition to the NPCs). I was planning on throwing Sunset back at you to get me down to one. You being Co-GM would make it problematic for you to bring in Valerie down the line, unless Sunset went bye-bye.

If so... then I'll gladly take her back and not apply for Co-GM.

Godspeed you magnificent GM. See you in two years.

Also: @Wade Garrett, I think I can pull Ethan off if need be.

Just putting this out there; If you grabbed Ethan, you would not be likely to see Sam in the game again for a long time.

(Partly because I never came up with a good way to deal with him that wasn't lol-psychic-attack, where he just plain loses.)

But I already had the perfect scenario for them to vanish in a swirly mystical energy thingie and then Ethan appears in front of a young Waver Velvet who insists he fight for this thing called a Holy Grail while Nestor has to put up with a witch who vaguely reminds him of Nui shouting at him for not being a Saber.:V

And then Billy Cash summons Saber Jetstream Sam.
Perfect grail war right there.

@Takoe
I hate to bring this up but...

Miriam is going to argue that Ethan, the man who left the Company twice and stole from their allies the second time shouldn't be brought into the Company again. While she's willing to help protect him from Luna invading his dreams, bringing him on again...

I'm just saying this now so everyone is ready for the argument later.

Yes, that would work too. I don't know if that's what will end up happening since that's up to the GM's and in character decisions which I have zero control over, but it certainly is a likely scenario.

That was to be expected. But Celestia is pretty damn important and it's just not the same without both Gowers present.
I'll just have to content myself with Sam in an epilogue.

Eh. We'll think about it.

So your solution is to cast them into a world where time never goes forward, locking them in stasis?

Hey, he might die in Moira trying to help the team. Don't count your chickens before they manage to evade being cooked.

As Val would say:

<<He who bleeds with me is mine own brother. I might quarrel and square with him, and I may oft has't to striketh him, but he remains thus.>>

At any rate, I found the time when Cyreni revealed his dastardly Mormon plans!

You're welcome. Just your GM giving a humble Mormon message.

It was two years ago. Holy shit this thing is old :o.

(And why is notthepenguins here!?)

"Considering that he tried to abandon us twice, the first time after faking his death, he is not my brother."
Everyone, be on your best behavior!
Alright. I'll hid the booze, you get rid of the hookers.
