I edited it, did that fix the issue?

I use the white background and copy paste from a google doc, it looked fine to me, so I'm not sure exactly what was wrong there. I applied the normal text formatting, that should have fixed it.

Five things that I'd consider: 1. Jack being connected to the Undersiders or the theft / ABB attack on E88's medical company (forget the name, Medhall?) 2. Panacea's actions qualify her for Master / Stranger protocols, so that by may lead the suspected Master being detained temporarily and any communication with a suspected human Master would probably be against regulations. 3. They created two new products and have likely informed the PRT of this. In doing so they may have entered a Tinker fugue. Either of these things are new behaviors for Panacea and likely unexpected that she's even capable of doing so. They also did so without a lab. This would probably qualify them to be quarantined and questioned, after all Biotinkering is a big issue. 4. Jack was using a communication network while in the PRT van, such a thing easily could have been detected, and an unknown parahuman capable of doing so without any visible technology after likely being outed as a Biotinker (see my point 3) means they'd want to find out how he did so and if he's a risk to their internal security. and lastly 5. The PRT van, the PRT building, or Armsmaster's scans could have detected internal technology, which would definitely be reason enough for Armsmaster to want him to shut up, stand still, and submit to a more exhaustive scan.
 
Probably the *suspected master wants to shake hands* combined with the strange readings Arms is probably picking up from the Nanomachines.

Formating seems fine on dracular theme on android firefox.
 
I just hope Jack stays friends with Amy. She's one of the few characters in worm that I like (along with lung and dragon), you know before she went off the deep end and mind raped her adoptive sister...
 
My guess is that Dragon saw someone working at speeds far faster than any human could and tipped off Colin to the fact that something's weird about this guy. Or I guess it could just be that he was using the internet inside a PRT van.

When will our intrepid Hero stat introducing himself as "Jack, No Relation"?

As for Amy, turnabout is fair play, Vicky did it first.
 
Damn Tattletale must be feeling used and abused right now. She helped the SI get his power up and he goes off to meet with the prt without calling once or powering up the undersiders.
 
I wonder when the SI finally wakes up to find he has replaced his own two arms, then says "I didn't ask for this."
Again.
"Nanomachines, son!" should also be coming around the block sometime soon.

Okay wtf happened? He went from Undersiders to Protectorate to Rogue. What. Why even introduce the Undersiders then.

How do you know he isn't going to go back to them, or at least do something for them? Going rogue is a good way to get out of Protectorate custody without joining, after all.

Also, there's the rather cold-blooded option that the Undersiders were useful tools, nothing more. We'll see.

plus its still his second day on earth bet and he was seriously lacking in opportunities to go back to the undersiders and given that he was practically given a giftwrapped oportunity to cooperate with panacea (and earn himself goodwill from her) the undersiders would probably be lenient about any delays he has in getting back to them

Never? There are millions of Jacks out there and I bet non of them even thinks to obviously link themselves by speaking about it. Saying "Jack not that Jack" is as stupid as saying "Adolf not that Adolf" or "Rebecca not that Rebecca" or any other common name which one or the other notable figure happen to also have.
