I send greetings to each of you, each of my people. Though we have faced the darkest of days, the loss of Alderaan itself and so many that we cared for, all is not lost. There is a new hope, the Republic lives once more, and so too does our home. While New Alderaan will never replace what was lost, and we will never forget our first home, I say it does not need to. Instead it will stand as a testament to the fact that the spirit of our home and its people will never be broken. Our ideals will never be extinguished. No matter the situation we will endure, even thrive.
There is a place on New Alderaan for each of you. Come and be free, come and be happy, come and live, love and laugh. This offer is open to any who need it, your family, your friends, all those you care for. If any are in need of help to get here simply ask, your people, your planet, your Queen shall do all they can to aid you. A new home awaits.
Right so...err... alliance...troop movements...supplies....greater good...hmm I appear to have stripped naked without noticing. I suppose I should lie down just to be safe...that bed looks good.
Galactic Amalgamated Medical Enterprises Announcement
Through a series of mergers and takeovers, a number of major chemical, medical and pharmaceutical corporations, including Chiewab Amalgamated Pharmaceuticals, Thyferra Medical Products, KesMed, and Ryloth Therapeutics, have come together to form Galactic Amalgamated Medical Enterprises, a full service provider for all modern medical and chemical requirements.
Senior Medical Executive Dr. Akkus expressed his hopes that the corporation would herald a new era of efficient medical provision for the Galaxy.

"My name is Nolaa Tarkona, and I am a child of the Empire.
And how could it be otherwise? When the slavers butchered my birth parents and dragged me from Ryloth, it was the Empire that fed and clothed me, the Empire that taught me. So who then is my parent, if not the Empire?
A cruel parent, perhaps. A parent that clothed me in rags, and taught me that I was an animal, suited only to kill for my owner's amusement. That I was nothing but the Empire's tool, their toy. A cruel parent...but an effective teacher.
I learned so much from the Empire...and now I have lessons to teach. The Empire took my parents, but it gave me another family. A family of every soul that felt an Imperial lash on their backs or shackles on their wrists.
Every soul who lost those they loved for no sin save not being human. They, you are my brothers and sisters.
The Empire enslaved my brothers and sisters on Kashyyk and Sullust. It poisoned my swarm-kin on Geonosis. Burned my clanmates on Falleen. Starved my children on Dac. It has destroyed and desecrated and defiled my family on worlds beyond counting.
And so I make this oath. To my family, of every kind and creed. To those who perished beneath the Empire's boot heel, to those who wear its chains, to the billions who will face the lash and the grave as long as it is allowed to exist.
I will never stop.
I will fight them. I will fight them with my last breath, with my last drop of blood, I will fight them with every weapon I can lay hands on and no weapon at all.
For the martyred dead and those who live on in anguish, I will fight until the last Imperial slaver is hanged from the top of the last Imperial fortress on the last Imperial world.
My name is Nolaa Tarkona. My chains are broken, and I will die free."

Your Highness,
It is always an extraordinary moment of joy to find that the spirit of those who have survived the cruelties and excesses of the Empire continue to burn brightly. It is therefore my pleasure to extend to your Highness, on behalf of the New Republic, and in my personal name our sincerest offers of congratulations on the reunification of your people and your accession to the throne of New Alderaan.
Every horror, every moment of suffering inflicted upon the galaxy by Palpatine, his minions and his successors that we can undo is cause for celebration.
While expressing my sincere appreciation for the endurance and strength of the Alderaanian people, I wish to assure Your Highness of my deep care to further and deepen the cooperation between the New Republic and the people of New Alderaan for our mutual good and common interest, and in this vein invite you to send a delegation of diplomats to Eriadu to formalize the accession of New Alderaan to the New Republic and to confirm your choice of senator to the New Republic Senate.

An Artists Concept of the Future Senate District on Eriadu
---
The New Republic;
In a trend that has become increasingly common throughout the Galaxy as the Galactic Civil War continues to chew up planets and industrial centres, the New Republic has made efforts to insulate itself against future economic hardships as well as protect against the devastation experienced by planets such as Fondor at the hands of rogue Imperial Warlords. On Eriadu, Minister Lando Calrissian has unveiled a new budget that will see funds allocated for the building of infrastructure throughout the New Republic and to help encourage the growth of industry on planets less often visited by hostile fleets. Planets such as Javin and Ryloth, the latter of which has already benefited from the New Republic Starfleet establishing a permanent base over the planet, are expected to be the prime beneficiaries of the move both due to the influence of their Senators and their relative remoteness.
At the same time, in response to the growing Green Movement, the New Republic has begun passing a series of regulations meant to curb the outright harmful activities of less selfless corporations on various worlds now located within the New Republic. Eriadu itself is expected to be the poster child for the efficacy of these regulations with Minister Calrissian himself overseeing the planet's veritable makeover with several corporations being brought in to clean up the rampant pollution and oversee the construction of the new Senate District which is expected to contain the first plants Eriadu has seen in over one thousand years. Though such regulations have annoyed a number of corporations several of which have upped sticks and moved to the Corporate Sector Authority, they have nevertheless been well received by the New Republic's constituent systems who are mildly pleased at having a governing body that isn't inclined to let them be exploited by everything with credits.
The Galactic Empire;
Unlike the New Republic, the Galactic Empire's efforts to deal with the current economic hardships have focused more upon the bureaucracy with figures such as Grand Moff Zsinj taking a personal hand in the matter. The creation of the Oversector Banking System, for instance, would be one of several moves meant to lessen the harm done by the constant destruction of planets by providing some measure of order and restraint to the banking sector which had previously been run by independent planets. Attempts to streamline the bureaucracy have also been made across the board, often focused upon the planetary level, in the hopes of making the Empire run more like an actual state rather than a glorified scam as some have treated it though the success of these attempts have been mixed.
Elsewhere, planets such as Taris and Muunilinst have benefited from the turmoil across the Galaxy. Generally located away from the frontlines and mostly untouched by the ongoing pirate problem, these planets, often located outside of the Core Worlds, have taken in a large number of refugees and corporations attempting to escape the fighting. On Taris, several Corellian Corporations have reestablished themselves on the once proud and bustling ecumenopolis due to the ongoing failure of Corellia while Muunilinst has grown in importance due to the relative peacefulness of Oversector Outer. Corellia itself has continued a steady decline in the meantime, though at a lesser rate than without Governor Fel's reforms, with a number of Corellians leaving the planet for better prospects elsewhere either in the Empire or the New Republic dependent upon their personal leanings.
The Corporate Sector Authority;
One of the most hardest hit regions in the Galaxy has been the Corporate Sector Authority which has suffered as a result of it's policy of aggressive expansion and antagonistic policies. After losing control of the Kuat Drive Yards after it's nationalisation at the hands of the Galactic Empire, the Corporate Sector Authority has sought to improve it's fortunes by expanding into the Tion Hegemony and Hutt Space to poor effect. On Nar Shaddaa, the efforts by the Corporate Sector Authority to move ships into Hutt Space have resulted in a quiet retaliation with Boss Lauli of the Syndicate quietly buying out or aggressively acquiring CSA fronts on the moon in retaliation. Meanwhile the ongoing difficulties at Dellalt have proven to be a drain on the Corporate Sector Authority which has been forced to spend far more money than anticipated on holding the planet against Kyp Durron's constant raids and acts of sabotage. Combined with the fact that much of the Tion Hegemony, Allied Tion Sector, and surrounding systems have begun contributing ships and manpower to the Sith Lord's movement, the Corporate Sector Authority is finding itself in an increasingly uncomfortable position in the Galaxy.
Hutt Space;
Although the anarchy experienced in the wake of the Conference of Nal Hutta has been ended, Hutt Space is far from in a comfortable position. The ascension of Drakkus the Hutt, while initially treated as a positive, has fast begun to sting as the Hutt's peculiarities work against the Hutts in the most painful of ways. His failure to embrace the slave trade, which is under assault by the New Republic which has grown increasingly aggressive in it's efforts to curb it in New Republic space to the point where Ryloth is now untouchable, his aggressive expansion outside of Hutt Space, and more has harmed the criminal enterprises of many a Hutt. In Imperial Space, the dealings of Hutts have been impacted by Drakkus' decision to openly confront the Empire at Boz Pity with at least one Hutt being arrested in the Imperial Centre mere hours after Oxtroe withdrew from Boz Pity while in the New Republic, the age old understandings have come under question as Republic Security cracks down on criminal enterprises. Though Drakkus the Hutt's actions have secured the borders of Hutt Space and granted it far more hard influence than before, there are many who have suffered because of it and many more who are now calling upon Drakkus to behave more like a Hutt and less like a human.
Independents;
The constant flow of refugees has had it's own impact outside the borders of the major galactic powers. Settlements like those on Yavin IV have become more and more common as refugees find themselves stranded between worlds or choose to settle down on planets unaffected by the war. This has resulted in a number of planets rising to the fore like Merkat which has grown steadily in size and influence thanks to the influx of refugees, skilled workers, and more who are drawn to these neutral worlds and their promises of security and safety. On the whole, this has not been a negative as the settling of refugees has meant that they are now contributing to the Galactic Economy once more but it has contributed to a larger trend that has seen the Galactic steadily shift away from the Core Worlds to the Mid and Outer Rim.

The State of the Force
Grandmaster Ghes Ordo
---
The New Republic;
The Jedi Order/Jetiise - Continuing to reflect the state of war the New Republic finds itself in and it's status as a branch of the Ministry of War, the Jedi Order continues to maintain it's status as elite shock troopers for the New Republic even as it suffers from the loss of a fifth of it's strength followed the Battle of Plagen. Although there have been disagreements within the Jedi Order over the direction it should travel down, with Joisk Trenteern arguing that their talents should be used for more than simple combat, it nevertheless remains a loyal arm of the New Republic. As of the Battle of Plagen, the Jedi Order has more than doubled it's strength with there now being a total of seven Jedi including Ghes Ordo, Joisk Trenteern, Rahm and Mallie Marek, and now three other apprentices, though their skill and strength pales in comparison to Dark Side Adepts elsewhere.
The Queen and the Commando - Separate from the Jedi Order, Queen Leia Organa and Captain Alix Krennic have continued down their own paths independent of one another. Using the holocrons and writings at her disposal, Queen Leia has pursued a more aggressive approach towards the Force, embracing her emotions in their fullness whilst learning to maintain control, which has proven to be far more inherently gray than the path taken by the Jedi Order. At the same time, Captain Krennic, still unaware of her own abilities, has continued to subconsciously use the Force to augment her own natural abilities, allowing her to push herself further than a thirty two year old human should otherwise be able to.
The Galactic Empire;
The Empress - Having inherited a measure of the power once wielded by her infamous Great-Uncle Palpatine, Ederlathh Pallopides has continued to delve into her training and into the Dark Side itself under the tutelage of her Hand, Mara Jade, who has continued to teach her as best as she is able. Though only ten years old, the Empress has displayed a natural talent for the Force especially when applied to the art of killing people though this, combined with the detrimental effect of living in the Imperial Palace, has had a visibly negative impact upon her. Not yet in fully control of her emotions, the Empress alternates between one extreme and another, flying off at the handle and personally cutting down Rebels at one moment and then proving excessively cheerful and giggly at another, a fact that has not gone unnoticed.
The Imperial Knights - A catchall term, created by the Empress, for those force-users in service to the Empire, the Imperial Knights remain a varied bunch lacking in any sort of uniformity. The Empress' Hands continue their own training into the more stealthier and espionage aspects of the Force, though Mara Jade has diversified as a result of her need to train the Empress, while Flint, the Imperial Guardsmen, has mimicked the Empress' own training as a result of his status as the only one capable of sparring with her and surviving.
Independents;
The Disciples of the Force - Though the precise number of Disciples that are actually force-sensitive remains unknown, the Disciples of the Force have continued being zen and doing good throughout the Galaxy. A monastic order focused on inner peace and aiding others, the Disciples have split their time between traveling throughout the Galaxy and tending to the people of Yavin IV where the Disciples function as the local government. As a result of their openness, the Disciples also stray away from the more conventional training encouraged by other force-orders though when a force-sensitive Disciple is discovered, their talents are often nurtured around the art of healing and bringing peace to others.
The Cult of the Family - Spreading outwards from Taris, and proving especially popular with the elites, the Cult of the Family remains one of the more shadowy force-orders in the Galaxy with the precise capabilities of it's priesthood remaining unknown to outsiders even if their ability to work so called miracles is a well known fact.
The Xhwee Hounds - Maddened by their experiences at the hands of the Ssi-ruuk and immersed in the Dark Side, the Xhwee Hounds are more reckless forces of nature rather than anything resembling the Jedi or Sith of old. Completely devoted to their newfound gods, of whom Theraan is the greatest, the Xhwee Hounds alternate between spreading the word of the Ssi-ruuk to the faithless and brutally murdering anyone who gets in their way in the hopes of being blessed by their masters. This has meant that in terms of finesse, the Xwhee Hounds are completely lacking, some knowing nothing more than how to lob walls at people, though their ability to brute force their way through foes is unmatched by most others.
Ky'enai - Marka Ragnos wants her to know that no matter how hard she tries, no matter how many years she labours, that she will never be as great as he was. Ever. Full stop. End of story. She's just that pathetic compared to him.
The Sith - A far more varied bunch, the Crimson Death and Kyp Durron are examples of two rapidly diverging philosophies as the Master and Apprentice swiftly go their separate ways. Driven mad by her experiments with the Dark Side, the Crimson Death has become little more than a force of nature, focused on nothing more than killing and burning her way through the Galaxy regardless of who gets in her way. In contrast, Kyp Durron has adopted a far more paternalistic approach, treating the Dark Side as a tool to be used to free people from the chains placed upon them by others and has fast adopted the belief that his power is best used helping others to cast off their own chains and use them to strangle their former masters.
The Dark Lord of the Ewoks - He will return, stronger and more powerful than before. It is only a matter of time.
In the wake of more donations from various anonymous yet well meaning individuals and authorization by the ruling powers of the Crimson Empire, Pilgrimage expands its manufacturing facilities on Bothawui and Nar Shadaa and dispatches relief teams to the front lines of the Crimson Empire/New Republic conflict
Crimson Empire stormtrooper, armored repainted to look snazzier than your average Imperial display the wearer's new allegiance
Pilgrimage aid teams are given an almost unprecedented degree of cooperation and support by Crimson Empire forces, which (no doubt entirely coincidentally) provides numerous images and video footage of aliens being assisted and safeguarded by CE troopers, suitable for any number of internal and external propaganda campaigns (if you're into that kind of thing). @Sidheach @Mortis Nuntius
As might well be expected, this has been less than well received in certain quarters of the New Republic, prompting Pilgrimage's public face, Disputant Lyrrha, to issue the following statement.
"Yes, we are laboring together with the Crimson Empire in their lands. And yes, before that we labored together with the Corporate Sector Authority in their lands.
Because it preserves lives.
I tender a pardon, that I am incapable of refusing assistance when it is offered freely.
That I put assistance in feeding starving young and clothing freezing elders over whether the being offering it pledges service to Eriadu, Harren, or the omniscient credit.
So yes. If saving lives is now the action of criminals, I will wait for the enforcers of order to drag me from our offices to a cell.
Otherwise, I have time for those who desire to donate or volunteer for one of our aid teams, I have no further time for conversation."

Although the Occupation of Dellalt had been carried it with high hopes for the potential benefits to the Corporate Sector Authority, the resistance campaign mounted by Kyp Durron has long since dashed all such hopes upon the proverbial rocks and awakened the Corporate Sector Authority to the bitter truth of the matter. With the Tion Hegemony so far removed from Etti IV and the local population downright hostile to Corporate Occupation, which is so dire a fate that many an Imperial considers it to be a step too far, Dellalt has proven to be nothing more than a bleeding ulcer for the Corporate Sector Authority. Even before the arrival of Kyp Durron, the Corporate Sector Authority would be forced to look on with disdain as the costs of the occupation mounted to the point where the affair was already in the red by the time the Sith Lord began his own campaign against the Corporate Sector Authority's presence in the Dellalt System. For many, the Occupation of Dellalt would be an act of the utmost hubris, a foolish attempt to play a game for which the Authority was not suited, a belief that would only be justified as more and more reports came in from the Dellalt System and the costs mounted ever higher.
Though far from a seasoned general or an elder statesman, in fact his experience to date had consisted of little more than frenzied raids on Imperial installations, brutal and bloody affairs lacking in tact and finesse, Kyp Durron's role in the Dellalt Resistance would be a pivotal one. Taking command of a number of ships, given to him by the Crimson Death, Kyp Durron's initial raids on the Corporate Sector Authority's positions in the Dellalt System would be vital in rallying the Tionese as word spread of his attacks on the hostile invaders. Emboldened by his actions, ships and manpower would begin flooding in from elsewhere in the Tion Hegemony as the Tionese chose to join with Kyp Durron in ejecting the Corporate Sector Authority and, as time dragged on, breaking the chains that bound them such masters. Further bolstered by generous donations from outside powers, who had no interest in seeing the Corporate Sector Authority, the Resistance would begin to inflict serious blows upon the Corporate Sector Authority and eventually force the Battle of Dellalt late in the year.
Having amassed a significant force of volunteers and accrued a great many ships and other war materiel, including his flagship, the Assault Frigate MkII Liberator, and having spent months raiding and chipping away at the Corporate Sector Authority's positions in the Dellalt System, Kyp Durron would eventually engage it's assets over Dellalt at the urging of his advisers. Weakened and unused to such protracted campaigns, the Corporate Sector Picket Fleet having mostly been tasked with anti-piracy actions in the past rather than a full blown guerilla campaign, the Corporate Sector Authority's forces in the Dellalt System would wither under the assault. Leaving the actual coordinating of the battle to his right-hand Ithorian, a remarkably bloody sentient nicknamed One-Eyed Host, Kyp Durron would personally lead boarding actions and eventually fighting on the planet itself as the Sith Lord was want to do. After several days of fighting, the Battle of Dellalt would end with Kyp Durron chasing the remnants of the Picket Fleet off, roughly one and a half fleets, and taking thousands prisoner after securing Dellalt itself, prisoners that would be left to the mercies of those they had subjugated to obvious effect with most being killed by the planet's inhabitants.
With the Corporate Sector Authority now gone and Dellalt free, all turned to the question of what was to come next. Though some would advocate restoring things to how they were before the planet's occupation, fears that the Corporate Sector Authority might return or that the Empire might sweep in would see many, particularly those who fought in the resistance, choose a different path. Declaring it necessary for the Hegemony to unite if it hoped to resist outside forces, supporters of Kyp Durron would choose to crown him King of Cron under the belief that a united Tion Hegemony, a restored Kingdom of Cron, would be able to resist outsiders. Though the newly crowned King lacked any experience at all in ruling, a fact that was not lost on his fiercest backers who volunteered themselves as key ministers in his new government, the move would resonate with other worlds with worlds such as Caluula, Algor, and Rudrig paying homage to the new King and offering up ships to aid in defending the Hegemony. Whether this new state of affairs will last or if the newly crowned King's inexperience will prove his downfall is yet unknown but for the time being, it would appear as though the Tion Hegemony is joining a growing list of regions that are banding together in the name of security.
Summary
Kyp Durron drives the Corporate Sector out of Dellalt and is named King of Cron by his supporters.
Several worlds join Kyp Durron out of a desire for security.
Kingdom of Cron run by the new King's advisers rather than by Kyp Durron himself because he doesn't have a clue how to rule and just wants to stab things.
Kyp Durron has pledged as King to stab pirates thus solving the prior dilemma.

Although generally acceptable as is, operational experience would suggest that an improved Class 2.0 or above hyperdrive, and an additional Laser Cannon are a necessity, such improvements should be completed as soon as possible, and the initial run delivered. If I find that the performance is acceptable, this class of vessel may be introduced as a supplement to and eventual replacement for the venerable TIE/sa.

4. Begin massive galactic campaigning drawing refugees and those without jobs to kamino offering food and housing. Let's get our population growing!
5. Begin offering a stable home to those former pirates and offer them new jobs in the Kaminoan Royal Military to be retrained.
We,—The Chief of State, the Ruling Council and the Senate, representing the billions of our countrymen, have conferred and agree that the Crimson Empire shall be given an opportunity to end this war.
The prodigious space and ground forces of the New Republic, its Starfleet and its Army, many times reinforced by their comrades in the west and east, are poised to strike the final blow upon the Crimson Empire. This military power is sustained and inspired by the determination of all the people of the New Republic to persecute the war against the Crimson Empire until it ceases to resist.
The result of the futile and senseless resistance of Admiral Grant to the might of the aroused free peoples of the New Republic stands forth in awful clarity as an example to the people of the Crimson Empire. The might that now converges on the Crimson Empire is immeasurably greater than that which, when applied to the resisting Admiral, necessarily laid waste to the lands, the industry and the method of life of the Admiral's empire. The full application of our military power, backed by our resolve, will mean the inevitable and complete destruction of the Crimson Empire's armed forces and just as inevitably the utter devastation of the Crimson Empire's homelands.
The time has come for the Crimson Empire to decide whether it will continue to be travelling a path laid by opportunists whose calculations have brought the Cirmson Empire to the treshold of annihilation, or whether it will follow a path of reason.
Following are our terms. We will not deviate from them. There are no alternatives. We shall brook no delay.
There must be eliminated for all time the authority and influence of those who have misled the people of the Crimson Empire into embarking on a mission of galactic conquest, for we insist that peace, justice and prosperity will be impossible until irresponsible militarism is driven from the galaxy.
To this effect, the Crimson Empire will join the New Republic as an allied, devolved government and permitted self-governance in accordance with New Republic laws.
The terms of the Eriadu Declaration shall be carried out and the sovereignty of the Crimson Empire shall be limited to the systems of Harrin, Lohopa, Lazerian, Ropagi, Roldalna, Nigel, Seltos and Kalinda.
The armed forces of the Crimson Empire shall be partially demilitarized and reduced to no more than five (5) fleets of warships, with special care given to the demolition of fortifications, be they in space or on the ground, and de-mining efforts.
We do not intend that the sophonts of the Crimson Empire shall be enslaved as a people or destroyed as a nation, but the government of the Crimson Empire shall remove all obstacles to the revival and strengthening of democratic tendencies amongst the people of the Crimson Empire. Freedom of speech and of thought, as well as respect for the fundamental rights of all sophonts shall be established.
The Crimson Empire shall be permitted to maintain such industries as will sustain its economy and permit the rebuilding efforts, but not those industries which would enable it to re-arm for war. To this end, access to, as distinguished from control of, raw materials outside the Crimson Empire shall be permitted, and participation of the Crimson Empire in galactic trade shall be unimpeded.
We call upon the Government of the Crimson Empire to proclaim now its surrender to these terms, and to provide proper and adequate assurances of their good faith in such action. The alternative for the Crimson Empire is prompt and utter destruction.
Admiral Jaeffis' response, preserved here for posterity: "Unfortunately I currently lack the facilities to in good conscience accept your surrender as such I confess I did not read much beyond the title. However I am sure that in the fullness of time that will change I urge you to be patient for I promise you will get what is coming to you."

Nym, Leader of the Lok Revenants
Karthakk Sector
In the chaos of the New Republic-Empire war, some pirate sought to exploit it for wealth and debauchery. But Nym of Lok chose a different path. The establishment of Lok Commercial Group was one of the first steps he took in this. The first few prospecting and mining vessels have begun to ply their trade in the rich Spine of Lok asteroid belt, beginning to feed the industry on Lok. The Lok factory compound has begun to churn out starfighters to supplement the powerful Lok Revenants fighter arm. Patrols of the Karthakk sector by the Lok Revenants have become more and more a visible fixture in the last few months. This time, instead of being an object of fear they are now a nascent promise of hope and security as they drive off pirates that are not under Nym's leadership and provide limited escort. The Havocs of the Lok Revenants are an especially effective force in crushing points of resistance.
If starfighters are insufficient the growing fleet of warships obtained by the Lok Revenants are utilized. Including the now flagship of the Lok Revenants, the Imperial Star Destroyer dubbed the Avenger.
Nym, and the Lok Revenants have begun to be a oasis of safety and order in the chaotic and lawless part of the Outer Rim. Now Nym seeks to cement his position.
