Springbreaker - A Forever Winter Planquest

Yet beneath the surface lies a tension. Europan military police patrol under the watchful gaze of surveillance UAVs drifting like carrion birds above the neon ruins, their AI eyes always watching.
This is darkly humorous in the context of how drone doctrine has evolved in the Forever Winter.

UAVs on both sides nowadays are flying machine gun nests. If the eyes in the sky believe you're committing treason, they're perfectly capable of shooting you dead in the street without the slightest nod to due process.

Still say both of the designs for UAV scouts in this game are moronic.
I mean... the UAVs ain't really *meant* for scouting, they're more used like mobile attack platforms.

Probably because actual Scout UAVs, (or God forbid something like a Reaper,) would be beyond the limits of a Scav to ever interact with, and being randomly found by something you can barely see while being unable to actually counter it beyond "Just don't get spotted" isn't that enjoyable to play against.

It's probably a similar reason to why the only current Air Unit that *isn't* a Drone is the Eurasian Bombers, which literally drop their Cyborgs and then fuck off.

Honestly, that doesn't surprise me. I can easily imagine the lack of maintenance and potential bombing campaigns over the years have made the logistical lines between sectors just awful.
 
So if Night Shift Salvage Operations Phase 2 also only needs 100 to get done, they we should have reach it, so our Raw Materials will only be -- and Power is neutral, so we are in a much better place then last turn

Wrong, + is 1, ++ is 2, +++ is (roughly) 4, ++++ is (roughly) 8, etc, same in the other direction.

Did we complete 2 phases of this?
Phases are the same every phase. Stages may differ in investment, output.

Hmm, very close. An omake might be able to help for next turn.

At-least we get a turn to try and get [] Enclave Munition Workshops Expansion (Stage 1) done / almost done, else we will have a shell shortage. Can just imagine the faces of the tankers when they get their new old'ish tanks only to realize they have limited shell stocks.
