While there are most likely some elements of the Walking Dead show/comics/whatever that the avid fans of TWD will come out and say that your character would run into here and there so you might need to do some research, there is no reason not to take inspiration from other sources.
For instance Zombieland. Specifically the enjoy the little things and the Rules.
At this instance I can see that while Clem has recovered some pep from Homeless Chuck I do not think that mental trauma would go away entirely. So as a coping mechanism SI Clem might use her knowledge of other Zombie fics to improve her chances to keep people alive. Do she asks Lee to get her a notepad and starts writing down rules from her personal experience and media. Like just because it ain't moving don't mean it won't move. Or Double Tap, Buddy System, Ration Food or something more whimsical like A Bounty Today Maybe A Meal In Seven.
And most importantly: Enjoy The Little Things. You could have Lee, or maybe even Duck, to be the one to bring this up to her and Lee and the group just tries to put on a more optimistic effort to cheer Clem and by extension, everyone else up. Like hanging out the window with a baseball bat to take a swing at the Lurkers as they drive by or visit a museum?
Don't forget Clem still has the dress and smell like a Lurker and walk like a Lurker to pass the on by knowledge!
