Edit: My blatantly stealing and editing Masquee's instructions.

In this quest, you'll be helping our hapless heroine try to stop the time loop she's been stuck in for a veritable eternity now. To do this, you will be making two votes every turn: a vote for an Action, and a vote for a Change. Each turn consists of multiple loops, with one Action per loop.

The two votes work very differently, and you'll probably be more familiar with the Change vote; in this vote, a set of options are given, and the one with the most votes becomes a permanent Change to the world of the quest.

The Action vote, however, is a bit more unconventional – in this vote, all the options are write-ins from you guys, and every single Action that has a vote will be done this turn. If the same Action gets multiple votes, however, the Action is taken that amount of times – so if "Fight a bear" gets 3 votes, Aia will try to fight a bear in 3 loops. Not only does this give you more chances to succeed at something in a turn, but the power of the Change offered from an Action increases the more times it is done in a turn.

The omake bonus is that you will get two action votes, rather than one. This maxes out at two per turn. An omake must be at least 100 words to qualify. An extra omake point will be granted for every 1000 points. Ex: 100 words = 1 point, 900 words = 1 points, 1000 words = 2 points, 2000 words = 3 points, ect.

I try to keep voting open for about a day, ish. I tried to have a set schedule, but it didn't end well for the quest. I got frustrated fairly quickly. It will be open for at least 12 hours.

Ummm… Hello? I think I figured this out. I guess you might be a Daedric Lord, but since praying to Akatosh hasn't exactly worked… Please don't be Molag Bal…

Anyway. My name is Aia. I'm a random Imperial stuck in a time loop. If you're a demon, I guess I ignore you. Any suggestions or information. Please?

(This is a quest based on Masquee's Loop Quest. Credit to him.)

Turn 2
I start the loop waking up in my bed, about an hour before dawn. It seems to be a normal day at the village. My grandmother is home as usual, and the mill is running as usual. All in all, it's an average spring day in Ivarstead. May I ask specifics?

I start wearing my nightclothes. My house has my cooking utensils, my furniture, a woodcutting axe, a few flowers in a vase, some food. My purse, next to my nightstand, contains my coins and a few handkerchiefs. Next to it is my pocketknife and waterskin.

The loop starts spring dawn, the 2nd century of the third era. It's… well, Skyrim. It's rather cold, the Stormcloak rebellion seems to be gaining traction. I mean… I live in Ivarstead. It's got exactly one attraction. And they seemed to be really grumpy about me mentioning a timeloop. Blah blah blah Dragonbreak blah blah Alduin. I mean, yeesh. Jumping to an apocalypse sounds extreme. When they believed me. And let me in. Which wasn't often, let me tell you. And who the hell is Paarthurnax?

Changes:
[] Aia gains a supernatural abilities to calculate force needed for an object to bounce, and can correctly do so. With practice, this will extend to blocks and projectiles.
[] Aia gains the knowledge of selling items, bargaining, and shopkeeping.
[] Aia gains a selection of potions and weapons.

(Wow. These started off very strong.)

Turn 3

Wins because it was a tie, so first come wins.

I looked around the village. I mean, someone might know a healing spell or two, or maybe a fire spell. This is Skyrim. It isn't a great idea to advertise magic. There aren't any mages, if that's what you're asking. My grandmother does a bit of alchemy, though. I know my mother knows a little bit of healing.

Okay. Apparently weapons and potions popped into existence. A Dragonbreak does seem more likely. In case you're curious, I now have one regeneration potion, a cure disease potion, an elven sword, a poison bottle, a steel dagger with an unknown enchantment on it, and a steel war axe. Anyway, I took the axe, and walked around.
DC 40/60
63
I saw a few bears, but managed to avoid them well enough. It's a fairly peaceful village.

Okay. So the one and only attraction is The Throat of The World, and the Greybeards. The blah blah blah is the lectures the Greybeards gave me. I have talked to them four times. I have been looping for a week. I went to them the last four days. The first three, I prayed.

Okay.
DC 100 to get his attention.
30
I prayed. It was relaxing, but I'm not sure what it was supposed to do. Sorry.

[] One of the local farmers is packing to move away.
[] Aia starts the loop wearing an Amulet of Julianos.
[] Aia has exceptionally straight and beautiful teeth.

Turn 4

I started the loop wearing an amulet of Julianos. Okay. I can pray to him.
It was relaxing. I'm not sure what you expected.

DC 60

Against the tree, the dagger did nothing. When I found the mouse, I discovered that the enchantment was Drain Life. Cool. Kind of creepy though.

Practice: 51
I was all stealthy. It was unpleasant, seeing my neighbors glare at me. And my boss yelled at me for fooling around. But I did get better at stealthiness.

Practice: 95 (Crit) + 16 (Crit reroll) + 10 (Beginner Teacher) + 5 (Amulet of Julianos)
This was pretty fun, spending time with my mom. I learned a lot.

Changes:
[] Aia becomes a vampire.
[] An army arrives next to the town.
[] Aia has a pet monkey.

Turn 5
Upon further contemplation and looking over the rules, you no longer get bonuses for teachers. Instead, there is blocks for advancing without them. Also, I am removing the Stats block.

Okay. So I woke up. And there is a monkey. In my house. I told my neighbor, and he thought I was playing a hilarious joke on him. What.

Practice Roll: 35
I feel like I understand enchanting a little better, but without soul gems I've hit a block.

Practice Roll: 20
I learnt some alchemy from Grandmother. Not a lot to say.

Roll: 57
… I asked the monkey. What the hell, voice. Jerk.
(Really. What exactly did you expect?)

DC 100 - 5 (Skill)
57
I tried to understand the enchantment, but got nowhere.

DC 100 - 5 (Amulet)
23
I have prayed so much. It is not helping. The gods are clueless, useless, or ambivalent.

DC 40:
29
The steps are really tall. I collapsed on the mountain, and the loop ended.

Changes:
[] Your friends are sailing toy boats on a nearby lake.
[] You understand cells, and can apply this knowledge to Restoration Magic.
[] You own a dictionary, which includes many alchemy ingredients and magical theories.

The spell modification goes surprisingly well. I think I got it! It's really weird. I just understand how bodies work, kind of. It's hard to explain.

DC 60
47
No luck on the search. Sorry, but I think that's it for the spellcasters.

Practice Roll: Restoration
86
I made some progress on Restoration in general. I mean, I already got the Healing Spell, so this seemed reasonable.

DC 80 - 9 (Skill)
74
I did manage to go unnoticed, but it was really close. That was lucky.
Practice Roll: Stealth
31
I didn't improve a lot though.

DC 80/60
54
I didn't manage to convince Barknar to lend me his bow.
DC 60
67
I remembered that Hrothmund has a hunting bow, though. As he and I are teens, it was not exactly hard to convince him to lend it to me. He kept flirting with me, though.
Practice Roll: Archery
63
I did pretty well, too.

I paid for a horse, and rode as far as I could
DC 90
35
Eventually, I stopped to stretch and the loop ended. Oops.

I found a flames spell. I understand the theory, though I'm not sure about casting it.

It was really embarrasing, explaining to Grandmother why I was sneaking like a thief. She yelled at me for an hour. You do make sense, though.

DC 300 - 19
10
I have no idea where to even start for this. Sorry.

DC 40/60/80
15
I didn't hear anything interesting. However, the boiled creme treat and sweet roll were delicious. Worth the trip.

DC 20/40/60/80
96 + 83 (Crit Reroll)
The town guards would be a good start for weapons training. Barknar, a local ranger, could teach shooting. Klimmek is looking to open a shop. He could probably teach me bargaining. Most importantly, Lynly, the bard, comes from out of town. She might know magic. I heard bards learn some, to protect themselves.
(Note: Wow. )

DC 100 - 5 (Amulet)
95 + 13 (Crit Reroll)
I was praying, and I didn't really expect anything. Then I touched the amulet, and I felt... more, somehow. Safe. And a voice that wasn't, telling me be just. Be wise. Take my blessing.
Trait Gained: Blessing of Julianos

DC 80
27
No one really wanted me healing them. I mean, as far as they know, I just started learning at best.
DC 40

I rode to Riften, and volunteered at the Temple of Mara. It was fairly easy to convince folks there.
Practice Roll: Restoration

DC 80
83
I managed to convince folks to let me help this time.
Practice Roll: Restoration

Changes:
[] An extra change option is given each turn.
[] People will be more open to Aia's questions.
[] Social interactions in Ivarstead will be easier.

Canon Omake 1
Omake: Awkward Conversations

"Young lady, what are you doing, sneaking about like that?" Aia's grandmother demanded, looking somewhere in between confused and furious. "Grandmother, I was-" "None of your excuses! This is unacceptable behavior, and out of character besides! What has gotten into your head?" Aia shrunk back. "Grandmother, I swear, it w-" "It was a boy, wasn't it? Or maybe a girl? What have I said about-?" Aia, now steadily growing more mortified, yelled, "Grandmother, I'm stuck in a time loop! It's not a boy! Or anyone! I swear!" Her grandmother frowned. "You're still grounded, then. And no dessert for tonight at all. And don't break time too much, it's already having some issues. No need for paradoxes. And if it's tomorrow tomorrow, I'll be very cross, so you'd better actually be in one."

Almost certainly not canon, but fun.

Edit: Apparently is canon now!

I tried, but it feels iffy to pray in hopes of gaining power. Besides, one god has chosen me. I still tried, though.

Practice Roll: Restoration
95 + 45 (Crit) + 10 (Chosen of Julianos)

I tried to meditate on the concept of force? What exactly do you mean? I feel like I'm missing something crucial.

DC 60/80/100
She seemed really nervous, but cast a magelight spell. Apparently she learned it to use for dances.

[] The floor of Aia's house is well polished stone, rather than packed dirt.
[] There is a cave with bandit's near Ivarstead.

I climbed up the mountain. For some reason, there was a troll, which I avoided with my newfound stealth skills. I guess you were right. Thanks. Anyway, I asked to see Paarthurnax, despite having no clue who that was, and they all started whispering. Finally, they let me in, and used the Thuum to shout the storm away. Wow.
DC 40
61
I climbed the rest of the mountain, ignoring my aching body, and saw a dragon.
DC 20
83
I wanted to panic, but breathed through it. So, Paarthurnax is a dragon. Thanks for telling me, mysterious voice.
I told him about the situation, and he nodded, and said he would be willing to teach me! Yay!
He gave me some meditation exercises. It was surprisingly relaxing.
Trait Gained: Dragon's Wisdom

Action:
[X] Find a stone table and sacrifice the monkey to Sheogorath, when weird stuff happens he is probably responsible. Also don't forget to bring some hot tea and a sweet roll as dessert. Then threaten to eat the sweet roll and give the tea to the monkey if he doesn't reply.
I found the table, and did the things.
I stabbed the monkey, and threatened a god. Okay.
DC 100 - 80 (Funny) - 5 (Skill)
21
And Sheogorath appeared.
"Ah ah ah. A girl who courts insanity. I think I like you. I do. Hmmm. I know!"

ACTION
[X] So, you just stabbed the monkey... Try to look for some target or practice dummy, in order to unleash all that pent-up aggression.
That's... fair. Surprisingly fair.
I went to the archery range and practiced some, with a bow borrowed from Hrothmund.
Practice Roll: Archery
58
