I actually looked to Sun Wukong for inspiration on Gone To Heaven's development path.
They would be, but I wanted to use more classic rock references this time around.
Well, considering Sun Wukong managed to defeat fucking everyone in Heaven and steal every single magical item that wasn't nailed down and on fire, was imprisioned inside a hellish furnace to distill him into an elixir and came out of it even stronger before Heaven decided to just call Buddha to help them get rid of him, I'd say that giving him Unknown Development Potential was a good call.

1. Can we increase gravity starting off or just change its direction for our target?
2. In the event the original Simon dies what happens to the 5 men? Or would that body just disappear too so long as there's another still deployed?
