[X] Gone to Heaven

Let's do this. Although I've got two questions on the abilities:
1. Can we increase gravity starting off or just change its direction for our target?
2. In the event the original Simon dies what happens to the 5 men? Or would that body just disappear too so long as there's another still deployed?
There is no time limit for the copies it seems. Even if the original dies, the copies can still live. The problem is the lack of memory transfer, so the longer the copies live, the further they diverge from the original in memories and events from the point that the copies were made. And if the copies dies, they die for good.

That means that the copies can maybe make their own copies as well after a day and that would also diverge from the original simon even further...

Simon would be making his own actual clones that will fight and die. If a clone dies, it's as if a simon died. I would not mind a time limit so long as the memory transfer exist.

For all we know, we living through the memories of a clone Simon before the point where his existence start to diverge and he can actually make his own decisions if the stand win, assuming it works as I think it does.

It's a [CRUEL] Ability. :(

Is this correct @Divider ?

Correct!

As for the question of what happens if the original dies - every 'copy' has the same abilities and Stand. Therefore, you take control of one of the copies who now lives as the original. Because of the shared memories up to creation, for the mental health of the new original Gone To Heaven 'corrects' memories so that the new Simon knows that it is the original, and was never a copy.

Holy shit. So Simon can transfer himself to a new clone if the original dies?

Thanks alot Gone to Heaven. Just memories or the [SOUL]? It seems more like a soul thing cause ghost actually fucking exist in JOJO.

The soul.

There are circumstances that would force every Simon clone to dispel, but they are rather limited - for example, if you were to be struck by an Arrow, or if certain Stand effects that change the nature of Simon were to take effect, such as Heaven's Ladder, Gone To Heaven would need to 'reset' the copies, because every copy must have an identical soul, if not an identical body. In these cases, because the copies were not 'killed', Simon may resummon them when he has the time.

Ah, but I should also address your earlier observation that Gone To Heaven clones can create clones of their own - this is incorrect, partially so you don't create hundreds of Simon clones I need to account for, and partially as a result of the above observation. Because every copy has an identical soul, their Gone To Heaven has already used the Number Five to create five clones.
1. Can we increase gravity starting off or just change its direction for our target?
You may manipulate it as you wish, but initially, your strength with it is not as strong as it could be - reflected by your Destructive Power rank. Certainly, it is enough to create makeshift projectiles out of nearby objects, to jump much higher than normal, and to restrain a target's movements, but for the moment it would not be enough to cause serious damage to structures or to leave targets in their own craters from the force of the gravity acting upon them, unless all Number Five clones are working in tandem to 'stack' the effect.

You mean Jacob Ladder? A literal Staircase to Heaven in the bible. It an gospel song and there a country song made out of it.

Or Simon final evolved stand, Heaven-Piercing Giga Drill.

This is an actual song. Made by an actual band. With it's own original music and lyrics (except for the whole "All lights in the sky are stars" thing.)

Also how fast can Simon go by gravity manipulation? How fast can Gone to Heaven go without gravity manipulation and WITH gravity manipulation?

No, that was my mistake, the Stand I was thinking of was Rohan Kishibe's Heaven's Door.

Fairly fast, about as fast as a cannonball if you put your mind to it, but the problem is control. Unless this is a last-ditch effort to try and take out your opponent, you'll need to keep in mind the kind of stress hitting stuff at those speeds will put on your body, and Simon has a ten-second gap where he cannot reduce his current speed via gravity manipulation.

Without applying its power, it is top-class in speed, in the realm of Star Platinum and other similar Stands. With the power, insanely fast, fast enough to compare to Silver Chariot with its armor removed (though still not quite at its level). However, Gone To Heaven is very much not suited to combat at the moment, the most it can reasonably be expected to do is scratch at an opponent's face. Mostly, it uses this speed to avoid being hit with its poor durability, react to threats on Simon's life, and so on.

SO if Simon multiply himself, can he also multiply Lagaan and the Core drill? Since Simon likely can clone his goggles and his clothes.

Gunmen are not quite as prominent here as in Gurren Lagann canon, to allow for Stands to be the focus. I won't say that they'll never appear, but for the moment they are not widely used or well known in the Shine On world.

As for the question of Simon being able to multiply his possessions, the Core Drill could be duplicated, as could guns, steel balls, or other such weapons, but not something as large as a Gunman.
So...use it with a drill?
Applying this level of force to projectiles would yield fruitful results of the bone breaking variety, yes :V

Anyways, I can answer questions for Sound of Thunder and Pride of Man as well, if anyone has some. I understand Gone To Heaven is currently in the lead, but maybe some questions on the other Stands will sway opinions.

Question @Divider, What would the other stands would have gotten with their development path?

Just asking for curiosity.

Sound of Thunder had versatility, as I would continue to provide new effects linked to 'songs' it played, generally named after Pink Floyd albums and songs. A sort of grab bag of powers and effects, none of them particularly broken individually, but coming together to create a very strong Stand. It's development path was the least planned, to be honest, but I knew that it would start by gaining more control over your sound abilities, firing lasers, controlling and empowering animals, etc. All with fairly strong limitations, mind you.

Pride of Man had raw power. Eventually it would gain the ability to detonate parts of its mass/constructs at will, and if Simon studied some chemistry he would be able to take advantage of the 'made out of any material you choose' part of Pride of Man's constructs very effectively, and learn how to change the material that Pride of Man itself was made of. Generally speaking, it would not develop anything new aside from the detonation ability, but its real potential laid in how creative your thinking was.

I might be going for a wild swing for the benches but I think Gone to Heaven development path is the absolute control over the 4 Fundamental forces of the universe.

Gravity
Electromagnetic
Strong Force
Weak Force.
