Then no to Wireless. The extra range really wouldn't help that much and would more likely broadcast that somebody was talking about things they didn't want overheard.

For minor action, I think it's perfectly fine to say so in the OOC. It simply prevents people who can't think of any good way to make that interesting from not stating things and/or slowing down the game.

Going off of mostly 5th and 4th edition sources, I don't think it's ever been mentioned.

I don't think so, but given the special spirit-illuminating headlights, it should be possible to make a system that does that. Of course, it would require major investment...

I generally rule at a table once you call your net hits and I roll you are done though I do not believe there is an actual rule on it.
Yeah, I just wasn't sure because it doesn't specify how it changes (if at all) for opposed tests.

Probably though as players you guys could decide if you want to be able to use edge at any point during that turn.
Depends entirely on whom you ask. An Ork Rights Committee member probably won't give the same answer a Humanist Policlub member would. In the best case scenario, yes. But individual biases will affect the answer.

Yeah, I image the vagueness and indirect way the Dupont is speaking can be a bit frustrating but this is Shadowrun, if things seem boring give it another couple posts and at least one person will have things spice up for them.
Also I know that Space Engineers just added planets, Fallout 4 just came out, the holidays are happening, and everything else. Plus I said this would not be too fast moving but just checking to make sure that everyone is still alive.
