Yes.

My character *can* negotiate, but this isn't her usual area of expertise. She doesn't have enough details yet to make the fine points, at least as far as she knows. Her *negotiations* tend to be far less sociable than most. She can be cagey or subtle, if she needs to be. But if someone else is better at it (liike the current face/social adept ) she is content to stay out of it and not draw attention to herself.

Well if you cannot negotiate well kind of let what you want be known and let the face take the lead in negotiating.
