And suddenly, the party bus comes rolling out of an interdimensional tunnel, only to disgorge twelve idiots and their manager.

Is it bad I kinda wanna see an omake of just the sheer clusterfuck that would occur if all the various joke invites somehow went through all at once?

Edit: I'm fairly sure it would result in a smoking crater where this city used to be.

*Image pans in on a crater, in which a number of startled teenagers sit. Incandescent, burning, and undiscernible figures high five all over the place*

"We saved the city! Go us!"

Reminds me of a story on RoyalRoad I saw once, it was about a group of apparently completely and utterly OP magical girls who had just finished saving the world... or at least I think that's what they were trying to do.

The first scene is them on the moon discussing what they're gonna do now that they accidentally destroyed the earth.

Magical Girl Crystal Genocide is the name. Its on SB too.

... Genuinely curious: I know getting betrayed by whoever she's marked as a Friend triggers Yuki's transformation, but, given the heightened possibility of and Oriko and Homura encounter in the near future, what happens if she watches the Friend get murdered?

"How dare she die before me!" *Rages*

Or the hermit gets out to protect her vessel.

That's the two main funny way I can see it go.

The boring one is that Homura now have to deal with a angry angry servant.

"I see. Whatever it is exactly, there is a palpable aura of power circulating around you. I could sense it the moment I got close. Seeing that Nagisa can sense it too, I reckon that Mami can as well. The same should be true for Homura."
This is an interesting element. It's the first time I've heard of such a thing, so I assume it's unique to this fic, but I feel like it has implications for Homura. To my knowledge, Canon Homura was somewhat aware that Madoka's potential was growing. But since she didn't contract/witch out every time, it's hard to quantify how it's changed. Here she can tell how much it's growing each loop.

Mami actually comments on it in episode one or two. When Homura tells her to leave Madoka alone, she notes that Homura must have 'noticed it too'. So they can canonically sense that Madoka's potential is off the charts, even if they can not actually quantify the exact amount.

I went and updated the Quest's description blurb on the front page. Writing Yuki for a time gave me a better idea of her character and solidified where I am aiming the story. But I also realised that it could be better.

Now it is better. At least a little bit.

And speaking of, as a little teaser, I am currently working on an improved title image. It will still be a while, but the sketchwork looks decent. Here is to hoping it actually ends up good enough to show people, else I disappoint more than just myself now

That is definitely an interesting description. I am sure Oriko is very happy that it talks about her with an ominous title. :V
