The Hyūga have extremely interesting clan dynamics, the most underappreciated of the dōjutsu and lead excessively well into a multitude of special Ninja forms (medical-nin is an obvious one, but it should lead very well into puppet-based techniques, summoning and sage techniques based on its unique abilities to see and understand chakra). They would be a strong option that is far divorced from the usual SV-beloved seals and shadow clones.

This gives us two of the most beneficial character traits for later development in patient & diligent, giving a solid basis for upward scaling provided we receive the correct resources. The third personality trait chosen, Proud, is an important one to maintain our chosen Uzumaki identity and to instill that identity into our two younger siblings. Pride in our heritage should also mean increased bonding with our inheritance; in this case, "the nameless blade." We are entering into the game with two younger siblings, putting us in charge of a minor Uzumaki family wherever we do end up, and our chosen personality traits put us in a great area to raise and support those siblings.
I am supporting taking the Nameless Blade inheritance over the other inheritances for three IC and one OOC reason. Firstly, in-character, swords provide a form of bloodline inheritance that are not nearly as valuable as kekkai genkai, but are still respected and lored parts of a bloodline. Secondly, kenjutsu interacts extremely well with our traits of patience and diligence, as does taijutsu. Even if we are unlucky to have low chakra reserves, kenjutsu and taijutsu are great methods of training that scale up with nothing but our time commitment and the fires of our youth. Third, by taking the Orphaned and together origin option, we secure a third action slot that can be devoted early on to training and bonding with this sword until it is a viable self-defense option. OOC-wise, I think kenjutsu is a fun field that is relatively under-explored compared to summoning and jutsu hacking, and I think it leads towards more esoteric sets of enemies.
The Hunted trait was taken to secure points for boon options without sacrificing Action slots and without sacrificing family members (who should provide immediately loyal minions/companions). It is harsh, and if we are unable to secure the support of some more powerful clan or jonin in our protection, it will be a serious issue for us. Narratively, however, it provides a good amount of benefits that we can work with. It allows us to give an appearance of weakness in negotiation and stroke the ego of the clans, it gives us reason to constantly be around mid or high-level shinobi, it gives strong plot hooks once we are able to start actually fighting back against our hunter; and when we finally do beat the hunter, there will surely be rewards.
Lastly, timeline wise, I am in favor of either The Second or The Third Shinobi War. However, I am slightly more interested in The Third Shinobi War, as I am more familiar with the characters in the setting at that point. While we will want to avoid Itachi, there are a number of other interesting characters in his age group (presumably including Kabuto, Inuzaka Hana, Yamanaka Sai). If we were somehow able to end up in Kakashi's group, his experience with kenjutsu and his family's heirloom (the White Light Chakra Sabre) could provide interesting paths to bond.

The summoning contract is something I think opens up a lot of fun possibilities mechanically and is just a fun mystery box. I also like the idea that as an orphan we have a pseudo family right on the other side of the seal. One who can give us all the memories of our real family we never got. I also like the idea of envy being a motivation that while potent comes with a bit of an edge. I think Political Animal lends to that. We have an outsiders view of social structers that we use to coldly manipulate them even as we yearn for them in sincerity.
