So, I don't like Plan Kitty, and this is largely for two reasons. First, that a major consideration in people voting for this is to put cat ears on Qaylor's head, which is... Well. I go around wearing cat ears myself for fun, but putting them on a fictional teenage girl just for kicks feels a bit too fetishy for my comfort. Secondly, this vote includes Save Scumming, which I feel injects unnecessary seriousness into the quest. Taylor isn't really a light-hearted person, and I don't anticipate her input making the quest any more fun. It has also been pointed out earlier that much of the appeal of the earlier version of this quest is QA's general well-meaning insanity.
I am rather indifferent to Plan Teleporting Dragon. I think dragons are overrated, personally, but I don't have strong feelings about that vote.

I am quite sorry for the not-amazing Plan name. It was the best I could come up with that late at night, after I realized I wasn't happy with my original plan, and the name no longer fit. I know content matter more than name, but still.

The component chemicals and microorganisms . You could use reconstituted meat, but it wouldn't be as effective as actual meat, blood, bone, etc.

And that would work for usable biomaterial? I had the impression we'd have to get technology of some kind to do biotinkering. I'm kind of interested in Plan Abominations, but I'm just wincing at the idea of QA attempting to acquire parts so she can start her tinkering. I'm not sure she even understands the concept of currency, and I'm not sure she'll manage with just scraps from a random junkyard. Assuming the gangs aren't watching junkyards to find Tinkers for forcible recruitment...

Blark. I should really say no. I'll compromise and say you can after you get information from a certain other shard or combination of shards.
It'll work for biomaterial, but yes, you will need some other components to get started. Not necessarily a lot, mind. Should it win, QAylor may make a little lock-eater out of components inside the locker.

Not quite. You need just a little bit to get going. A few household appliances or similar scrap should work.

Ok then. Because I really like the idea of QA as a power copier, and we should be able to get all the powers in Teleporting Dragon and more after a bit of ramp up..

EDIT: I admit, I was also influenced by re-reading Splintered and realising how much pride QA takes in her little friends. And apparently that cycle where she Escalated a competition between herself and Nilbog's shard in who could make friends better. She won. Clockblocker's shard is still traumatised.
