Well this is tragically hilarious, for those that knows what happens to 9S in canon anyways. As for where to go:

Yeah sure why not, explore and talk. Then again, I kinda want to talk to the Commander too for the lulz.

For the sake of seeing more sides to the enemy, the Amusement Park is the way to go.

We should also bond with our new ally and clear the air with Yorha and Commander White lest they start sending more kill teams at us.
 
why don't she just show up and talk with them
having 2 2B (E) is better then just one, they maybe able to keep 9S from being stupid and forcing them to wack him

I find it kinda odd that 2B would be so shocked over YorHa sending a replacement 2B considering how many times she's killed 9S only for a replacement 9S to be put in the previous ones place.

Important question. Does she actually Remember all the times she's killed 9S? Were those memories erased after every time she did the deed to keep her mentally stable?

Or is it possible she just represses her memory like crazy and honestly doesn't recall?

For those wondering why she's doing so, what keeps happening to 9S isn't the same as what happened here. 9S wasn't replaced, just reset back a bit in time. Basically, it was still the same boy, the same android, just missing a ton of memories. Constantly.
This? This is straight up replacement. Like, you lost a tool, and got a new one instead of looking for the old one. It's the exact same tool as well, so no biggie, yeah?
9S is a 'tool' that needs to be maintained every now and then due to unwanted damage. 2B was 'lost' and replaced.
Except Androids are not just tools.
... Man, whoever came up with YoRHa managed to encompass the dickery of humanity perfectly, huh.

Dunno, but would at a minimum start voting for;

Either to keep an eye on him, or possibly in b4 he either get's strangled in private, or worse a victim of either a Renegade 2B/WTF twist, or worse converted by the "Big Adam/ska". :p

And to IC keep a check on the apparent results on searching for 2B IC, while maybe giving 9S some overdue passive therapy before he goes "Jack the Ripper" on us.

Also, in before we'd have to maybe interact with the Pods a bit, 'least longer term Big Bro Adam ends up with a few pods on his side, and Mission Control going all "Sons of Liberty" on us again...

... And also, in before we end up with "Eve" as his possible 'child' with 2B at the way things are going, if trying to replicate a 'Snake project' unearthed under 'family'. Which might end up instead going all "Cain & Abel" That could invite a Drakengard! Plot twist. :p

EDIT: Alternatively, depending on circumstances...

We might want to IC do at some point;

Contact the Commander. (Under disguise.)

If by some chance, we want to privately inform her on if we IC discover a "Renegade" 2B, yet want to speak to her personally instead of 9S, over fears that there's a chance... He might not take the news well, if he learns of that fact.

Tech comparison wise, I can throw arguments for/against Nier Tech VS Metal Gear Rising tech.

But the main ingredient, is divergence aside...

Drakengard!

Or remember that we're in the Automata tier of timeline, where theres "Yo Really Hot Androids" for advanced combat, some sort of society within [REDACTED SPOILERS], that sort of thing.

And with humanity on the moon, doing some tech escalation game, with something akin to 'tinfoil war games' for the Machine War's I feel.

During route A I considered 2B constantly getting to her breaking point. If 9S hadn't gone all "lol its all k im hackerman" I think she would have gone insane, or even more disillusioned with YoRHa. There's also the tool comparison which is spot on. Soldiers being tossed away is a problem in both Metal Gear and Nier.

2B is also not in the right state of mind, she's not thinking clearly.

Yes, Devola and Popola have been attempting, but have been running into some trouble. The problem is Raiden isn't cheap or easy to fix.

... And not liking it one bit, with how YoRHa might shape up to be (in his equally vague memory), another 'Patriots' controversy, that if not handled right...

... Might lead to Hackerman accidentally getting stuck in a harem of 'E Units', except less 'boss battle', more maido conspiracy for a change...

.. Eh, better wait for the eventual horror child of Hideo and Taro, 'least I start imagining "Machine Caim" having a revengeance instead of some arbitary Watcher conspiracy (initially?)
 
In advance, I was also initially also thinking more on "If Adam hears of the Twin Snakes" conspiracy, something along the lines of "Three Eves, trying/wanting to be Big bro"...

Overall, it'd really depend on what angle/snakes would their be in the field. Would it be a case of Eve going BROTHEEEER! Except less envy on superiority, more... Furiae lite? Or would a hypothetical Reincarnated 'Caim' and 'Agel' have to facepalm over the brewing shenanigans, past their REVENGEANCE overdue.

EDIT: Also, bar arbitary imagining Adam running things akin to an abandoned Metal Gear CK2 quest by KonamiKode...

Listening to Drakengard 2 music, can also be just as insightful I feel...

Double EDIT: Found some weird Automata fan art that had some weird Caim/Angelus, and some equally weird excuse. And also, shoddy cropping on Cavia/Taro Warriors.

You know I had this idea of Old!2B confronting New!2B and 9S getting in the middle to try to keep them apart, only to get a Double Marshmallow Hell.
