My headcanon for Spartacus' NP is that he is a memetic effect that transfers to anyone who feels loyal to him upon his 'death', turning them into Spartacus.

Also, my guess is that our opponent is Nobunaga. Probably wrong, since it would have to be a version with Tenka Fubu and that other stuff (Which strikes me as a bit too out there for what I know of TehCron's taste) but it would explain his usage of modern weaponry despite being a Servant.
