Character Creation: The Creator - Jessica Shiryou
She'd done it! Even if her master would be angry at her for trying such an advanced magic, she'd done it! She'd created a homunculus! It was already bound through blood, and she could feel the connection was steady with the creature. It was fairly simple, made from materials she had on hand more than anything, but it was a success!
She watched as her creation went back to sleep after taking its first breath and couldn't stop smiling. All that time working on the materials needed and getting that magical component to focus the magic into the homunculus before her now. She'd prove herself here, it was the best she could do, and it came out better than she'd imagined! She needed to see it in its element once it woke up...
Purpose (Pick 1)
[] Combat: Sturdy and powerful for its size, defends its creator. Lower magical potential but a somewhat heightened mutation rate.
[] Messenger: Fast and dependable, designed to travel long distances without tiring. Low strength but high mobility.
[] Assistant: Smarter and more resistant to magic than most, grants a great magic potential but has deficiencies in the physical.
[] Companion: A well rounded homunculus, low mutation rate but well rounded in other areas.
[] Magic Battery: Highly mutable, but lacking in all areas for its focus on containing magic rather than using it.
She'd made things before, she loved to do that, but this... this went even farther. She'd made something alive. Something that she could call her first magical work and a legacy. It amazed her that something so important to her was, only a few short weeks ago, little more than:
Body Materials (Pick 3)
[] Wax: High Blood and Nerve, Lowers Bone.
[] Oil: Mixed into other materials, adds to Nerve and Seals, but can lower Flesh.

Those had been the easy part, the hard part had been the Core, the central piece needed to focus the animation process that turned the homunculus from simple materials into flesh and blood, a living creature. That was the only component she'd had to obtain through means other than gathering materials:

-[] Air
-[] Fire
-[] Earth
-[] Water
-[] Lightning

It was such a thrill, and she'd proved she could do it! That made her even more excited, her master had said she couldn't do it at her current level, despite her knowing otherwise, and she'd proved herself right! That was enough for her. All she needed to do now was name the homunculus...

Stats For Reference
Blood: A measure of fluidity. Movement, speed, and coordination are all a part of the Blood Stat.
Bone: A measure of rigidity. Defense, fortitude, and vitality are all a part of the Bone Stat.
Flesh: A measure of effort. Strength, power, and stamina are all a part of the Flesh Stat.
Mind: A measure of magic. Intelligence, resourcefulness, and will are all a part of the Mind Stat.
Nerve: A measure of resistance. Magical defense, luck, and presence are all a part of the Nerve Stat.
Seals: Not so much a stat as a resource. It is something that can be spent and gained, however, once it hits 0, the stat is lost. It is also a Homunculus Only Stat. No other race or creature possesses this stat/resource. This is essentially the mutation rate of the homunculus and how much, if any, control they have over it.
