Looking back It wasn't finalized, also looking back we haven't seen Tatsuya's weapon yet. So my guess for the weapon is a pair of glasses. Namely Homura's glasses when she was moehomura.

It's somewhat funny we are speaking of this now because there is a solid chance that Nagisa is going be our Yuma for the rest of the quest.
I too am not keen on going after Sayaka because at this stage she's probably thinking we are a hero (which we are not yet) and if we encourage her she would end up contracting (a bad idea all around for now).
