I was a dummy and forgot to include a link to the song that Tatsuya was humming. It's there now and you can give it a listen if you like.

I wonder if Nagisa will end up being our Yuma instead of Mami's, that would be somewhat amusing to see.

She's an abused little girl who's life sucks so much that when she contracts and learns the Witchbomb she's literally like "lol don't care still an improvement."

Kyouko adopts her as a little sister. It is very sweet and adorable.
Yeah...it looks like heroic resolve, but she really WAS living in hell so basically everything was better than what she had.

[x] Stay with her until morning or until she wakes up. If no one comes to pick her up, then take her back with you

Remember what Sabrina did, we can do better... this time.... maybe..... well it was nice knowing ya tatsuya...

We still have to meet up with Oriko at 5 pm/17:00. It would be best if we take her with us and leave her at Mami's flat, that, or we stroll around with her until school is over.

So we can choose if we are optimistic, [PMAS] or pessimistic, [Source material]. Rex isn't a healing type writer, right?

I can be a healing type writer... sometimes. I can ensure you that there will be struggles on your quest and there is always the possibility of people dying. For example, if you had listened to Lost and left, Nagisa would have witched out.

In general though, I'm middle of the road. Generally you can be optimistic but there will be consequences if you fuck up.

Meanwhile, I don't plan and let things flow naturally. Meaning if my players don't pursue the plot in favor of chasing something else, it quickly becomes an aborted arc unless the players remember it exists and try to go back to it. Or, if the consequences of ignoring it are important enough, it may come back to bite them later.

Of course, that only applies to quests. Writing stories that aren't driven by the votes of the readers is very different.
