The vote essentially asks where the nearest park is so that we can stay there (he would be hoping for one of them to offer him a place to stay, but he's not relying on that). It might be a bit weird to ask something like that, but the socially awkward part is that Tatsuya is homeless in the first place and that he isn't bothered by the idea of sleeping in the park.

While far from a guarantee, this is still in the cards. Also note that a direct offer to walk Madoka home is not an actual guarantee that he will be able to walk her home (she could easily decline).

Agreed. Regardless of how we resolve the housing/walking home situation, further discussion about magic is warranted.
 
I have to say, I'll prefer if we earn more of Madoka's trust before we do offer to walk home, besides we must avoid being too attached to Madoka if we don't want Homura to hunt us down.

This quest is quite interesting because the main character's goals are probably not the same as the voters. We have to make decisions that would be reasonable for Tatsuya would make. In this case, Tatsuya's default behavior would probably want to stay close to Madoka because he blames the Devil for her death and wants to stick around to protect her. Any changes from this default need to be justified from Tatsuya's perspective.

She is not dead, the Devil traped her in a gilded cage and had her as a VIP hostage forever.

Right. I forgot that distinction; I had to reread the first post to get it. Looks like Tatsuya remembers that the Devil was obsessed with his sister so it shouldn't be too hard for him to figure it out...

Quick question for clarification: Did you want to tell the others about all of the Devil's servants or just the spies/incubators. Or would you like to talk about the other servants and not the incubators.
