    It was a swarm of swords shooting out of the endless sea, taking to the skies and soaring high before turning towards you. They came down like the rain but you prepared to meet them regardless. Gears shot out behind you to rise up towards the swords before crashing against them. Sparks and clangs erupted in the sky as you withstood the onslaught with your own firing rate.

    Gears appeared and spun towards the swords, meeting them point by point before there was a pause. You had the Memory of Olga Sethiss appear beside you where you drew a steam powered mechanical sword and shield as you charged Yukina. She narrowed her gaze before kicking off the ground and darting towards you.

    The two of you stopped a feet away from one another before you clashed. Your swords bounced off one another as you staggered from the recoil. You moved forward as she blocked and parried your blows, exploiting your openings before you raised your shield and caught the strikes that got too close.

    You turned your shield and jumped to land a kick into her chest where she staggered. Swords appeared from her back as you called upon gears to clash with her blades, never allowing them in impeding you from your attacks.

    The gears and blades clashed as you and Yukina bounced off one another in your exchanges. You were moving just as fast she was, using the same moves as she was, it was a testament that you two were two sides of the same coin. However you both will never face the same direction.

    You fought her with every ounce of your strength even when she proved to be more powerful, even when she proved to be more skillful, you'll just have to make it up with sheer grit. It will depend on who wants this win more!

    You yelled as you clashed and smashed your sword against hers, forcing your weapons to both shatter. Yukina ended up reaching for you and throwing you into the ground. Her sword fell soon after as you rose up with a shield. Forcing her off you, you drove your fist into her face before you parried her swing with your shield. You then drew another mechanical sword and caught her swing to direct it into the ground.

    Smashing the shield into her chest, you turned to smack her across the face with the shield again before throwing the sword at her. Yukina grit her teeth and cut the sword apart. Blades appeared behind her back as you summoned gears behind you as well. The two of you exchanged gazes before you dashed in with your shield as she did the same.

    Your gears shot her swords out of the air as she dashed away from you. Taking to the air, she turned and cut apart the volley you unleashed upon her before you step them to break apart and explode. Yukina was hidden behind the explosions before you shot upwards with a steam powered spear. Breaking through the light and smoke, you were caught by her blade as you ended up being launched into the air.

    "What goes up, must come down," Yukina declared as she had her swords shoot straight for you.

    You fell.

    The winds howled past you as her swords came flying at you. You used Nacht's barrier to take the brunt of the hit as Olga Sethiss' power surged through your body. Steel and copper encased your arm in bronze light as you clenched your fist to find your arm bearing a bronze glow. Gears turned as sword after sword smashed into your defenses.

    "You'll regret... Saying that!" you roared as your arm transformed, gaining mass as metal slid over one another before gears turned and grew hot.

    Light came from your fist as it expanded, becoming bigger, easily dwarfing your body. Yukina's eyes widened in response as she shot more swords up at you. Some broke through Nacht's defenses and struck your body as you hissed in pain. The construction of the arm finished until it resembled a heavy weapon capable of smashing through a castle in one blow.

    "Pilebunker?!" Yukina blanched before her swords came to her front to act as a shield. You took on some swords which struck your stomach and legs before you howled.

    You drove the Pilebunker(Castle Buster) forward and smashed it against the first row of swords. They shattered easily enough before you stayed in place for a moment. Yukina's eyes widening as steam erupted from your arm. The mechanisms in place turned and uttered a colossal roar before the javelin was propelled forward by the ignition. It drove itself straight into the layer of blades before cracking it open.

    The powerful brute force which erupted from the Pilebunker was enough to shatter the Holy Swords Yukina could casually call out. The spike even managed to reach Yukina and draw blood as it took a chunk of her shoulder, letting her bleed.

    Her eyes widened as you grit your teeth before Pilebunker shrunk to your size. Olga recreated the same weapon on your other arm as you and Yukina drew close. Her sword swung as you blocked with your weapon and exchanged blows with her. You got her on the defensive as she was forced to dodge one of your strike. You turned and smashed your heel against the flat of her blade, using Tatyana's power to kick off it towards the air.

    Shooting downwards, she was forced to block once more, only for the mechanism of your Pilebunker to snap and blew a hole through her body. Her sword shattered as you watched her eyes grow frustrated. She slashed and hacked at your body before you dealt the same damage on her with powered up blows.

    You shattered her impeccable defensive techniques with sheer brute force before she countered with her own blows, carving out on your body and letting you spill blood on the sand. It had turned into a brutal slugfest on how you could both regenerate from the strikes you landed on one another. Her next slash and the next buster shot from your pilebunker forced the two of you to slide back.

    Blood left your bodies as you found that your weapons had been trashed while Yukina's sword had been reduced to a broken one in her grasp.

    "You call that a swing?" you growled as you summoned a mechanical sword, your wounds sewing themselves shut.

    "That... DIdn't even hurt one bit," Yukina hissed as the holes you made slowly healed.

    You two moved as swords rained down on you. Your gears whirred and they rose up to meet the holy blades. Gears and swords clashed against one another, splitting sand and water as you dashed to the side as Yukina blocked the ones that got near her. Sand exploded on the ground, robbing her vision before she cut through it, failing to see you slip past her blind spot.

    Her eyes widened as you grit your teeth and smashed into her sword with your own. You shoved her back before a mechanical hammer appeared in your grasp for you to shatter her defenses. Planting a foot behind her back, Yukina thrust at you with her blade. You summoned a chainsword and had its serrated teeth spin and bite into the adamantite edge of Yukina.

    Saprks flew between the two of you as she watched you inch closer and closer to her.

    "I won't lose... To you!" Yukina snapped as she tried overwhelming you with her strength, "Your parlor tricks will only carry you so far! I won't lose!"

    "I can see why they have that much respect for you. If there's one thing's the same about us it's that we're stubborn! Cut from the same cloth!" you hissed as you struggled to keep your footing, "But that's where the similarities end. You're way stronger than me but these tricks will be enough to take you out! It's all It's the only way a Joker like me could beat an Ace like you!"

    Your sword bit through Yukina's sword and shattered it. Yukina caught her breath as she summoned sword after sword, smashing them against you to no avail. Her panic grew apparent as the quality of her swords diminished. She's reaching her limit.

    "Crash against me and be broken!" you roared as you parried her sword into the air.

    Yukina brought down her hand as swords fell upon you, "I've fought people like you before, meeting me at the table as equals. But they never measured up like you have!"

    Swords fell and you were forced to dash back to avoid the artillery strikes of blades. You fell down your knee as you raised your head to see Yukina look at you with an amused look.

    "So you remember?" you asked her with a narrowed look, "Who you are?"

    "The soul may have no memories but this feeling's imprinted on it. Burned into my soul as if it were branded. More. Give me more!" Yukina smirked as she called upon her blades, "Show me more!"

    The skies lit up with blue flashes as swords fell towards you. You drew your own blades and swatted aside swords shot towards you, "It must have been lonely on top of your Throne. Don't worry, I'll drag you down with me."

    "Fire away, coward!" Yukina howled as swords rained down on you a a more intense rate. You slashed and cut even as your own swords were worn down and blunted. You simply used shields once the swords shattered and when the shields broke, you used your spears, and then hammers, and then daggers, and then your gears.

    Your gears soared through the sky to meet the blades which assaulted you, clashing and cracking in the air. You let out a breath and retained your focus as you weaved and dodged through the projectiles. You stopped and weathered the assault as you summoned a building sized gear right on top of Yukina where it promptly fell on top of her.

    You saw a flash of blue before you watched Yukina cut through it as you moved her way. Gravity bent to your will as you shot forward, the winds howling past your ears as you dragged your sword through the sand and slashed upwards. Her own sword fell on you as you let it cut you down your chest. Enduring the white hot pain, you managed to strike her eyes with the sand and have her miss.

    "Gotcha," you grinned as you crafted a pilebunker into your left arm and pressed it against Yukina's side.

    When her vision cleared the mechanisms of your weapon turned and steam escaped from within. The Pile Bunker crackled before the javelin uttered a vicious roar, a shockwave erupting from between you two as you scored your first direct hit. Yukina gasped as she stood her ground then.

    "Such a strong... Enemy," she managed to say.

    "Wrong," you replied as you closed in on her, "This is how I make friends."

    You punched her across the face and sent her sliding down the ground on her knees. Yukina stopped and let out a shaky breath before she spat on the ground. Wiping her lip, she kept her eyes on you as you walked towards her.

    "If... If that's how you make friends, then I'd hate to see people you actually hate," Yukina breathed as she nursed her cheek. You stopped before her as you offered her your hand.

    "Coma is a thing," you replied.

    Yukina stared at your hand before she took it. Keeping a firm grip on her hand, you pulled her up from the ground. Her fist came flying soon after and slammed against your cheek, the impact blowing apart the sand to your right. Yukina smiled at that before she saw the look on your eye. Judging from the red light showering her face, your eyes had begun to glow again.

    "You call that a punch?" you asked her before you swung your own hand and struck her across the face double the force she let loose.

    BANG

    Yukina staggered back before catching herself. She cracked a smile as her blue eyes glowed the same way as yours did. She looked... like she was actually having fun. To have met someone on top of the same table. An equal, someone she could go all out against without finding too easy, someone she knew who could take her own.

    It was lonely being at the Apex of the foodchain.

    "It's an appetizer," Yukina chuckled as she forgone the use of her swords and raised her hands, balling them into fists, "Here comes the main course."

    "That's... More like it," you agreed as you brought up your fists too.
