I think Pluto was considered an actual mage or user of magic until it was found out he was a Distortin. Wouldn't make sense for that angle to be approached if magic wasn't a thing

Yi Sang invented mirror tech, so like all the ID stuff and multiversal Doodads are all him
Faust is not only a Genius (she made the bus) but she's a part of a semi Hivemind that stretches across the mirror world or is multiversal.
Don is of course a Second Gen Kindred, so incredibly old vampire
Sinclair isn't the chosen one, the Mark of Cain is just this general mark for those whose really special and powerful, really Chosen ones really. Demian has one, and it's implied Sonya not only has one but can tell who has one as well
Heath a potential necromancer yeah.
Hong Lu has the battle royal but it's also implied his eye is incredibly special for some reason, so I'd imagine a seal for super powers but more seriously don't know yet.
Gregor is basically captain America bug version and it's implied he has more bug power abilities hidden within but he just doesn't use them, probably cause of his mom.
For others not mentioned.
Rodya Ryoshu is implied to be incredibly powerful before the Sinner thing (apparently she can at least contend with high end Shi fixers and could've actually have a fighting chance against the trio from the prologue) and the sword she has is implied to have her daughters spirit in it.
Rodya ironically has nothing special (Sonya was disappointed to find out she didn't had potential for the mark of cain), in fact she's probably the most normal of the group.
Ishmael is also normal but her EGO is strong enough to pull out the Pallid Whale's heart so it's implied she has good potential.
Mersault story wise is a normal man who shot a guy cause sun too hot (relatable), although his extreme obedience implies maybe experiments in N Corp? Probably not
