Ahhh what do
I was just about to switch over to Plan Lost in past but if people want pet crab I will not deny them!
On a another note, while I imagine that AN tried to imagine some starter horror monsters that we have been forced to connect with at great personal risk, I prefer to imagine it more as ultimate expression of humans innate curiosity and physical need to pet every animal we see.
Like, we have flying ravenous mindless carnivores, and we tamed them.
We have ambush-hunting bodysnatching parasites and they sleep on our couch now.
Heck, we saw ghosts, creatures know for their intangibility, that risk driving you insane out in the wild and they still got headpats!
I like to imagine that the first time someone of our tribe sees a new monster, they immediately try to touch it, and if they manage to do that they call it George and try and take it home.

Though limited, a doomteller's divination suits the lifestyle and dangers of a delver very well. The potential for harvesting the dreams and possibilities of the Titans, as well as getting a cute crab-dog to cuddle for sweet dreams only further convinced me.

I think there's something neat in a relatively simple and straightforward build. Especially when that build involves dragons. Call me simplistic but there's something even more awesome than a normal dragon rider- it's a relatively normal dragon rider strafing with spear and fire an inchoate nightmare born of a dead god's fear that it might have departed. I like that it seems more fundamentally human than someone shaped by the shattered patterns of a dead god, or a hoarder of thoughts and memories, or a parasitic predator that twists and turns based off the nature of it's once host.
I want to play a simple figure who sees the threats facing their people in all their myriad horror, and strives to kill them. And takes pride in doing so.
