From Zero to Hero!
"I'm dropping a girl for medical attention here, before bringing her back to our world."
We three blinked. "Alright, what state she is in? No nevermind that, we need to go find a doctor."
"Sadly, that's not really possible due to her little problem."
"Just show her to me and I will figure something out", I interrupted him before he could continue, "unless she's literally dead I think I can help her a bit if that's the case."
"How rude", huffed Zelretch before leading us to our Zelretch's office, "very well then, if you want to help we will see what you can do boy."
As we arrived at his office we saw someone on the couch. I took a good look at her features, hair and clothing. "Is this Sion?"
"I see you're familiar with her." Said Zelretch, "can you help the girl?"
I checked the girl's vitals and I felt only a faint heart beat. She also looked a bit pale, and slightly cold to the touch. "What happened with her? Did you snatched her because she succumbed to her blood lust?"
"You're half-right. When the Dust of Osiris attacked she had to relieve her fight against TATARI once more and became injured in the process."
"Tsk, nasty bit that. Alright, I will see what I can do. Luvia, prepare the operation room. Rin, we're going to assemble the tools for a spiritual surgery. We're going to unfuck a vampire."
"Alright", came the twin reply of my bodyguards -slash- lab assistants and I went over a mental checklist of items I had to prepare.
"Spirit surgery can't cure vampirism", he said after a few moments, "what do you plan to do?"
"It might be a bit callous, but since she's knocking on death's door we might as well use her as a guinea pig for a procedure I was working with. Unless you had another idea to help her?"
"I was thinking on borrowing your philosopher's stone and brewing a vitality elixir with it."
I turned back to Zelretch. "We don't have those. At least, Zelretch never mentioned that we had some lying around on his office."
"You don't have them?" He said genuinely surprised, "dear goodness, I think I might have overshoot a bit. This girl managed to make a few perfect philosopher stones herself, I was thinking on visiting a nearby world where she traded it with an alternate self. I guess my age is finally catching up with me."
"Nah, we all have an occasional brain fart. Still, it's good that you brought her here since I should be able to help her. If you were a bit to the left so to speak you might have missed me."
"Hmm... now I'm curios as to what you can do."

Rin assembled all the tools I asked for her, and Luvia prepared the operation room. Assembling all necessary materials for the procedure was also easier than expected, and I set to prepare them.
A couple of hours later, with Rin feeding a healing potion to Sion in the mean time to prevent her from dying, I managed to make the magic circle for the transmutation process. It was a good thing that the bulk of the work I had already finished beforehand, but it still took a lot of time to do it.
Afterwards I asked both Rin and Luvia to put some previously stored prana in the circle to activate it, and once I checked that it would work as intended I left the slowly building body and concentrated on Sion proper.
Another magic circle later, and I semi-displaced her soul outside her body, the naked form floating a bit ahead of her own flesh and blood. It had some visible infection in it, which was probably her TATARI infection, before I started cutting pieces apart with a spiritual scalpel.
I directed Rin to go from layer to layer of Sion soul in order to clean up the infection, until I came to the source of it, a form of spiritual cancer that I could only guess was the vampirism curse in itself. Normally taking it out would be impossible, since it would lash out against the caster, but I used another tool I had prepared just for this task, a prototype to be used for me to gain experience before using a more advanced version when I treat Zelretch, and I started cutting it away like I was in a video game, throwing lasers at the problem until the enemy boss was killed.
Some more time later, about 99% of the cancer was safely separated and contained for later disposal. The other instruments meant to scan her soul finished their task now that we didn't had the vampirism curse influencing her nearly as much.
Letting the process finish I look back on the body I was creating, before nodding to myself after making sure it was still going as expected.
Back to Sion I saw the results of the scan, and everything was in order, except a higher than normal brain activity. If memory serves right it's the emulation of her friend in her skull. Once the process is finished I should do something about it.
Since nothing was really wrong, I used the equivalent of soul radiotherapy to eliminate all traces of the vampirism effect on her, weakening her soul for a moment. That done I carefully disconnected her soul from her old body, before quickly bringing her to the new body and fusing them together.
I motioned Rin to help me with Sion new body while Luvia discarded the previous one. Once everything was set I took the materials we had previously broken down, and poured the equivalent of soul stem cells on the holes and damage on her soul. Once she stabilized more and her body started to take the characteristics of her old one, I relaxed a bit before continuing monitoring her condition.
A couple of hours later, we had a fully human Sion sleeping in a bed and I was ready to collapse on the couch.
