That's saying something considering this is an Ork.

"NUTS!"

"Ramirez do everything!"

On another matter: power weapon vs Void shield, what happens?

Void shield blocks the power weapon but takes a hit to its power reserve.

Individual grade void sheilds like an iron halo can be overwhelmed by a strong enough power weapon like a power klaw though it may take a few hits

[X]Go find the crashed Kommando-Bomma.

Frak rebuilding the skagging wreckof a Bomma! Iz only good for Skrap and Teef, and we need some dakka for the Grots ifns they run out of Wierdboyz juice or summin! Plus, we can take the engines, and maybe get us a Speed-Kultist fer driving our Trukk around so we can WAAAAAAAAAAAGH better, and do some dakka-ing of our own!

Clean Version: We don't need a bomber, but we can use it for parts. The wizard-kids are gonna get too shaky to do magic eventually, so we need a backup plan for them. Add in the possibility of survivors, and we could be in really good shape. We need parts more than people, right now, as we've got the Kommandoz.

Also, my first thought when it was mentioned these were the 101st

The Rok is quite literally a small mountain filled with gibens and skrap we can get more from salvaging the Rok

Which makes it a prime target for everything we don't want to run into. Mountains of smoking skrap means that there's going to be things making smoke. This could be fire, this could be friendly fire, this could be hostile fire, this could be warp-fire, this could be the locals letting loose. Until we're tougher than Boss #1, I'm disemclined to risk it.

Also, do you or anyone know what particular 'verse our Grots come from that we adopted?

Anything familiar? And anything we should be worried about?
For the three characters themselves, one is a hot-headed self appointed leader (Alex), a somewhat passive shrinking violet (Maria) and a potioneer who is close to a pain boy in WTF brews (Selene). In canon one of her concoctions melted a minotaur.
To quote:
After feeding the minotaur a potion that causes it to melt through the floor,
Sucy: (chuckles, bearing a Slasher Smile) I guess it was a bit too strong!
Also any good targets to WAAAGH!!! against?
For the world itself I got nothing.

Half the reason I want to head for the Rok. We need more meatshields Boyz before we can think about taking the city etc over or even getting into a big fight. Sure we may run into a superior (IE Bigger) Ork there but Meks tend to be given more leeway than the average Grot as they constantly produce stuff that goes boom.

Hmmm a werid pain grot? I get the feeling she will do just fine.

Ah well guess we have to learn as we go.

The real question is how they will chance/develop over time.

Because they have three main 'skill' stats here that the GM has explained.
Orkiness: 5 (Grotz) 1
Mastery: 9 (Initiates)2
Magical Talent: 403

1: Orkiness meter, it goes from 0 (Humie) to 100 (Warboss) so make sure you build up their Orkiness if you want Orky stuff to affect them, like Fightin' Juice.
2: Mastery Meter. Using more advanced spells (don't worry, you don't have to pick the spells since they're NPC's) requires a higher Mastery rating so encourage those Weird Grotz to make with the lightshows!
3: This is apparently how much power they can channel. It's also related to their two talents.
-Powerful Spellcasters: Magic Talent Stat starts at 20
-Gods In Flesh: Unknown to these three and Shakteef, these three have sparks of divine power in them. By the time they would have graduated at the age of 20, they would have been able to match most senior mages. Magical Talent stat will double every time they exert themselves in spell-casting, either through extended battle or casting powerful rituals. Magical Talent stat does not stop at the mortal cap of 100.

The thing about Orks is that belief makes it real is a massive part of everything they do. So what's going to happen as more and more Orks see these three as Weird boyz/grotz? Combined with their latent power things are going to get interesting for the three young ladies.

And that's not even counting their use of the 'Bible of Damnation' that including interesting little tidbits like this:
Selene nodded as Maria stared entranced at a ritual for strengthening the body through cannibalism, "We don't have to trust him Alex, just give him some rope to hang himself with."
And the book apparently likes them.
Alex hissed back, the Bible Of Damnation floating ominously behind her as the chain loosened and the lock undid itself so that it opened to allow its new mistresses to read it's heretical pages, and Maria, curious as ever, was sneaking peeks at some of the writings from what Alex could tell, "Besides, we can just say that we found it and saved it from being used by the Xanthites, or the rest of those green things!"

"That would make sense, except that the Bible Of Damnation only starts to float when it's bonded to someone," Selene whispered back,

Even at this fairly low level, the witches are stupidly OP using the Bible. The only issue is they do the dying when they 'level up'.

The question is if we want them to fully upgrade though. I mean, if they egt strong enough but have a low level of Orkiness they might just kill us and flee.

Actually, they could probably do that now. But they won't, for several reasons.

Yes, but if they level up again it will be done by them channeling too much magic. I think.
Maybe. -Waggles hand-
Exert (which is what sets it off) doesn't need to be 'channel too much magic'. It talks about extended battle or big time rituals setting the trait off, so I suspect it could also be when they are using a good chunk of magic over an extended period of time.

Ultimately GM's choice here.
