Once Upon a Lie (Disney's Villain's Victorious/Lies of P) (Yes, Really)

We'll probably need to do a census as well to see how many people are still alive and to see if we can find anymore potential heroes.

Puppet citizens too. Need to register all refugees and puppets with official citizenship.
With an accounting of all Krat natives alive it should be simple to put all other names on a Memorial so long as the official census records survived. Where should that go? Krat Central Station?

So this video is very useful to anyone that wants a rundown of Lies of P without having to watch a let's play or play a soulsborne/bloodborne style game. Love this adaptation. Lot of care here.

And I now have to ask.... what version of Dorothy are we getting here? Disney or Lies of P? Will we have to deal with the weird 'Trinity' cult and immortal Paracelsus? (The DLC stuff might even be Peter Pan apparently).
I hope P and Sophia can manage the kroud star still under the city.

Wait since Hermes is from Super Giant, does that mean Hades will also be the Super Giant version, rather than the Disney version? I don't mind, I'm just curious.

So we're probably gonna get a wide variety of people in our city now huh, hopefully some of them know Italian, cause I'm not sure if we have a lot of teachers on hand for them.

Esmerelda at least knows some as seen here, but this can be presumed because the Romani travel all over Europe. She and her people should know a lot of European languages.

And that still leaves who knows how many other people that don't speak Italian.

Speaking of translation, do the Gods just speak any language or do they need to learn it still?

We could also look for a teacher to teach our own citizens French and other languages from the new people. That could make up for a low number of Italian teachers.

Think we could start a puppet circuse?
Could be good to give something for people to smile about and laugh about...though I suggest we don't use the ringmaster puppet.

I'm reminded that we still have Gepetto's Ergo puppet strings gauntlet don't we? That was never destroyed.

I like to think that, since the Greek Gods were worshipped by the Romans, they know Latin as well as Ancient Greek, and over the centuries extrapolated enough to learn most of the modern Romantic languages. Including French and Italian.

"Are you sure this is a good idea? She still has trouble standing, and I wouldn't want to cause her any harm. Besides she offered it to you not me, and is this really the time for such things?"

P simply nodded and nudged his fellow puppet forward, as he went over to the piano.

So Polendina walked forward until he stood directly before his lady, the woman he loved more than life itself.

The wheelchair bound old woman was fondly perplexed for but a moment, until Polendina knelt and held out his hand, as P began to play...

...and Antonia took it and stood up from her chair for the first time in she can't remember when. Not even feeling light headed could stop her here and now. Not for this moment. She simply couldn't pass up one last dance.

As her puppet, her friend, led her across the floor, hand in hand in a Waltz she couldn't take her eyes finally clear from her illness off him, nor he her. Slowly they turned, gliding around the room. Despite her body being past its prime, despite his being mechanical and stiff, together none of that mattered. It was as if time was frozen for them. Nothing else existed under the watchful eyes of a little puppet boy named Pinocchio and a cat called Spring.
An unforgettable memory being etched forever into the very walls of Hotel Krat. One of love and joy, of fun and laughter. Chasing away the depressive reality outside. Here and now, the city wasn't falling apart, there was no war, no death, time wasn't running out, no fear, pain, or despair.

Just two people, two beings in all the world fitting together in a way beyond what science and reason could ever explain.

And they danced, and they laughed.
Oh how they danced.

Some may say P lied when he told an old sick dieing woman that despite the Petrification Disease she still looked as lovely as when she was young and healthy. But was it really a lie, honest or otherwise? Because in this moment, with a smile on her face, a wooden hand in hers, and a warm heart...

Lady Antonia Cerasani had never looked more beautiful in all her life.

Just a sweet scene idea stuck in my head of what could have occurred from the cure based on two lines Antonia says to P and his ability to play the piano.

Hard to say. My personal guess would be a fusion to some degree, if only because Super Giant Hades wouldn't really want to become King of Olympus to my understanding. This definitely looks neat though, even if we're going to need to work out a food supply sharpish.
