So you guys want to ask her what is the best way to murder people?
If we need to I guess? I mean it sounds like Link has had to deal with more than a few monsters out here, but I can't see there not having been some thieves, bandits, or other similar types of people targeting him at some point or just seeing a potential mark on their way through the area or something.

If Yiga clan members are after her, we need to know how to handle them. Even if it's just running in the other direction in a very specific way or something.

[x] So, what happened? Who would do that to you, and why?
[x] Any family, friends? Anyone at all who would like to know you're alive?
[x] What do you plan to do next? Once you recover, I mean?

Let's not ask her about MURDER.

What's line going across the bridge of Sheik's nose in the picture there? It almost makes it look like Sheik is wearing glasses which... probably shouldn't look as good as it does in my head.

[x] Do you have any idea if there is a chance that I receive visitors that are tied to your current situation?

It looks like a shadow.

I think it's more of a 'would anyone come looking for you and what do I do about them' kind of question, which I think reiterates one or several of earlier questions.

If her would-be murderers come, what is she going to do? Hide? Flee? Fight back? Would any of her friends/allies come looking? Should we reveal she is alive? How do we tell a friend from an enemy? Should we seek help for her elsewhere?

Being a nice GM I'll just ask you to consider of everything Zelda has shown about herself to consider how those kinds of questions will come across to her.

Hey, don't look at me, I am not the one asking those.

As for how she's been... let's see. Impulsive, quick to jump to conclusions (punch first, ask questions later), attention span of a gnat (gave away her name while distracted, forgot about class), studious, curious, and a very bad actress who nonetheless tries to hide things about herself (I wonder if most people go along with this out of politeness, because she's not fooling anybody).

Did I miss anything?

I do not see anything strange about asking whether she has people who would want to know if she's alright and would want to take her back. It's hard to take this question the wrong way, and we know she had been in contact with humans until recently. If the village still stands, there might be people who could help. Likewise, knowing what exactly befell her would help us decide what to do next... if someone is trying to find and kill her, it might not be the best of ideas to openly go looking for things she might need.

The murder, she'd be uncomfortable with discussing murder.

[x] You got any allies or friends? Anybody who would be willing to help you out?
[x] What do you plan to do next? Once you recover, I mean?

I think we already know how we need to deal with these assassins.

Edit: Changed vote

Use those hunter skills to trap the hell out of everywhere in a ten mile radius?

Well we don't in character. We can possibly guess, but it never hurts to make sure.
It says in the intro.

Yiga turned and murdered the royal family and then the great nemesis moved in.
I don't remember if Link actually knows what happened. Then again, guessing by his reaction to hearing the name Zelda, he might have some idea.
Considering Hyrule is under new management and the Yiga didn't exist until they betrayed Hyrule, I think he knows.

Point. But I would think that Blonde is in fact a pretty common hair color in Hyrule, and in any case she doesn't seem like she wants to be known as Zelda. Maybe just play along with her for now while insisting on White Knighting every chance we can get? Our dad was apparently in the Royal Guards, so we kinda have a duty at the moment. If this Link's like that anyways.

And Link didn't react to it. At all.

I know there is only that one Zelda for players, but usually more than a name is required to identify a person. As far as people know, the princess is dead, and her survival is no more than a rumor.

I mean, if a guy tells you his name is William, you probably won't trace it to Prince William, grandson of Queen Elizabeth II based on that information alone, would you?

"ZeldaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAH I MEAN... UM... UUUUMMM.... Um.... Sheik...ah.... SHEIK! My name is Sheik!" She tells you.

........There is no way.

"...Really?!" You shout in exasperation.

"Shut up! It's a real normal name!" Sheik yells at you, shooting up in your bed before doubling over and groaning, probably holding her sides.

You hold your head in your hands. You can't believe it.
He just doesn't want to argue with someone who's proving to have a stubborn streak a mile wide.

So he recognized her, then?

I thought it was just him facepalming over her attempts to maintain 'secrecy'. And taking the name that is totally unrelated to her nationality. Which she also tries to hide. With a thick false accent.

It's pretty facepalm-worthy.
