Mind you, Nemo has plenty of decent qualities, not an inch of (regular) ambition, but her capacity of loyalty to the cause is basically stunted.
I mean, we would probably kill in cold blood most living members of las noches, sell the rest to the shinigami and set what remains on fire, if that meant Esmeralda doesn't lose a single hand.

Nonsense, we have been too set on a single path to style, blind to the realities of the world.
Style is not a path, it is a seed, a wheel, a root which extend in all directions and encompass the whole in ordered perfection.
Once we have perfected the style, will we truly understand its limitations. For it's not style what we have archieved, but a style, the style of those who talk in silence. A single branch, a single path.
Next we must learn the style of those who talk in noise, of those who shine in authentic selfness, instead of revealing parts of the self at controlled burst.
We must learn thus the style of grimmjow and his pack.

I'm still hoping we learn what Nemo feel like to others when sensed.
I personally want for her power to be revealed when she's at low Privaron level. That way we can give everyone a bright big shock.

she probably has a really threatening spitrual signature for it's size. Gin has a snake theme and people feel like snakes are warping around them, nemo is much smaller but has a theme of horror and despair. She probably feels rather unpleasant spiritually.

THIS ISN'T EVEN MY FINAL FORM!
Then when she finally starts fighting its reveled her specialty is stat debuffs and bombardment. And for her final form she's even harder to kill because she's faster and regenerates even better. Nemo is truly a terror to anyone who's used to fighting conventional opponents.
