Going out on a limb here, but I would guess the Espada start with a mix of Veteran and Master, which shift into mostly Master with a smattering of Champion as you move up the ranks. The top 4, since they're Vasto Lordes, should have mostly Champions with maybe one or two Legendary (I could see Starrk with a Legendary Cero). It took multiple Captains to take those powerhouses down.
I would also say that Ulquiorra is the only one with Champion Resurreccion. That is, assuming Segunda Etapa is something every Arrancar can get and not something specific to Batboy.
Which is stupid as well, because according to that Grimmjows Fraccion are the oldest remaining Arrancar around by canon - and i'm pretty sure Grimmjow wasn't a natural Arrancar of the Privaron Espadas generation.

This is about correct. I might even be inclined to give Ulquiorra Legendary Resurreccion to emphasize how unique his deal is; his statement that no one, not even Aizen, has seen his Segunda Etapa suggests that his actual power ranking might be higher than the number on his chest says. Starrk is the posterboy for Legendary Cerro, and Aaroniera probably has Champion Reiatsu Control (but his real gift is switching between skillset as he needs).
Very little about the Arrancar timeline makes sense. Consider that all Arrancars that were turned through the Hogyoku were still Hollows a mere month before the Winter War arc. The organization has essentially no sense of history, even though the manga tries to convince you that they have these interconnected backstories and shit.
When I say I'll play fast and loose with canon it probably involves stuff like stretching that timeline.

Each fether can serve as a focus point for energy emission her specal moves are multi cero ability to charge and fire multiple cero simultaneously (huge energy cost maximum 3 ceros for now) and destellos (sparkles) fires energy from 10-25 feathers at once individual atacks are weker than bala but have biger dps and AoE.

Skeletor's seems the only one we can get into a straightforward relationship with. We do the mission for him, we keep our mouth shut, and he'll tell us to fuck off afterwards. Very imperiously I might add. Maybe he'll remember that we were a useful gofer somewhere down the line.
Blob's just going to see us as a second course after he finishes eating whoever we bring to him. Our "buddy" warned us about cannibalism and I don't think that's just a red herring.
Science Boy's going to do something shifty to us guaranteed. He's just as dysfunctionally irrational than any of the other lower Espadas. We probably can't hide anything from him either since he's a Science type and Science types in the Bleach-verse seems to roughly translate into "I already figured everything out because of Bullshit even if we've never met before."

Because how else can we start our rise to power than a fetch quest. Also we might get lucky and be able to consume other hollows and gain more power from that. Heck we might even find an ancient lost rune where we can get more loot for our apartment so that it can liven up the place.
