Aw, only non-automatic successes? Darn. Tbh this doesn't really make sense for me. I would have expected it to apply to everything. We should still be able to meet our target if we grow the forest more I guess.

The narrative text of the turn implies we had spent some resources on increasing the shield strength, but that does not seem to be the case since no resources were subtracted?

Could you very pretty please grow the forest or grow the third Tranquil tree instead? Soothing tree just is not an efficient use of the single special tree slot that would probably be remaining.

We can only grow 3 scoop trees at our current forest magnitude. 2 Focus actions are enough to grow 3 scoop trees. Thus your third focus action is completely useless. I recommend using it on growing the forest instead. :)

We will be hitting our special tree cap soon, and I don't see how a Synapse tree helps research more than a Tranquil tree. Please finish the third tranquil tree or grow the forest instead?

Assuming your motivation is to grow the forest larger faster, your action vote is better spent directly growing the forest right now.

PRAISE WORM.

If the wormhole becomes stable I'd love to jockey with the Ingaba over it. Not because I see any value in a tube of space-time but because we'd get goodies from negotiations. If they don't wanna negotiate I assume we might be able to destabilize the wormhole through gravity shenanigans.

It'd sour relations (though they'd already be pretty sourish if they take ownership of something in what I'd dub Forest space along with refusal of a hypothetical deal) and I'd give the wormhole 60% of backfiring terribly.


Assuming wormhole travel needs protection, magnetic shielding might have us covered? Maybe possibly the wormhole could serve as a escape route that we could potentially collapse behind us? In case things get too hot with the Ingaba/Matlownee conflict.

I don't think this wormhole is a natural occurrence. Collapsing it if we are able too honestly seems like a swell idea, to prevent the forest-eater on the other side from getting through.

I think the wormhole might be natural. I base my assumption off of the meatbags not panicking much over the shots coming out of the wormhole. Forest-eater. Heh. I don't believe there's much reason to believe that there's termites, beavers, or climate change on the other side of the wormhole. Heh. Though the image of forest-eaters got a smile outta me. Thanks!

Maybe a battlefield, maybe wormholes slingshot things that go through (nature's railgun), or we are unlucky enough that the wormhole is open in a place with fast moving debris. Maybe lots of energy beams out of new wormholes.

Yeah... Don't like the idea of something surprising us and blowing lighting us up like the wormhole just did. I'll probably be spamming "Shield!" for a while. XD
 
To anyone not using their focus, please reconsider! There are so many things we need right now like faster than light travel laser beams and more space for more ftl and more lasers!

I was responding to your advice to another tree about what is most optimal to do. :) i.e. that soothing is the best course of action.

I disagree with this.

If I had a problem with your actual vote I would have quoted it and talked about it, but I don't and I didn't. :)
