And, finally, A Girl Brimming With Creation, was Hatsume Mei

I know people thought that it was Yaoyarozu Momo, which I found mildly amusing, but remember that Hatsume makes a ridiculous number of inventions. She practically can't stop creating new "babies." Hence the title given.

    Uraraka Ochaco​



    Ochaco got it when she was 14 years old. She'd been walking home from school, Koreria Middle School and decided to make a stop at her parents' office that was on the way. It wasn't unusual for her to make this kind of stop, as Ochaco liked to see them work. She really wanted to work for them, since, with her quirk, Zero Gravity, anything she touched with the pads on her fingers was able to float like it was in space and would keep doing that until she touched her the fingers pads on both hands together. Even when she was a little girl it hadn't been hard for her to figure out how useful her quirk would have been in her parents' business but they had always refused her suggestions to help telling her she should live her own life instead of feeling like she had to work for them.

    Construction was hard work with long hours, and, perhaps because they were so rarely at home, that was why they still allowed her to come and visit them for a couple minutes after she was done with school and they were on break.

    "Hi, Ochaco." Uraraka Chouko, her mom, said. Chouko sat at her desk, working on a computer that was opened to a bunch of spreadsheets and other documents she was checking over.

    Ochaco asked, "Is Dad here?"

    Chouko shook her head, as she stretched her arms out wide, "He's at the Sakura Project. I think he said that he'd be heading straight home instead of heading back to the office afterwards. Now, tell me how school's going?"

    It was almost all positive stuff; there was talk of having a special assembly to watch this year's UA Sports Festival, she had made a couple of new friends and they always ate lunch together, and she was regularly scoring near the upper middle of her grade. With the formalities out of the way, Ochaco got to the real reason she was there.

    Ochaco asked her mom if they'd found anything cool recently. Occasionally, they found strange or cool items in construction sites. If it looked valuable they made sure to file a report with the police so that if anyone ever came looking for it the original owner could locate their missing property, but even in those cases it was quite rare for anything to come of it. Besides, the majority of what was found could only charitably be called junk. That still didn't stop some of the construction crew from salvaging and keeping what they could.

    Chouko pondered that, humming and staring at the ceiling, the smile on her face growing bigger and bigger the longer she delayed, and the more Ochaco pouted as she knew exactly what her mother was doing.

    "Mom." Ochaco did not whine. At least, that's what she'd say if anyone asked.

    Chouko's smile was like a crescent moon. Finally she nodded and said, "I think I remember your dad saying that he had something from the Dantoin Prefecture. Let me see."

    Ochaco did a little leap for joy as her mom got out of her seat and went to the closet, where several boxes were stacked. Chouko looked them over before pulling one out of the pile and letting the rest hit the ground. Ochaco winced, hoping whatever was in those didn't turn out to now be in pieces. Chouko pulled off the lid, and there, surrounded by crumpled up newspaper, was a red and orange crystal in the shape of a flame, tongues of apparent fire coming off a central mass. In areas were the tongues parted to the interior, it looked like strange yellow eyes were looking out. There was something a little unsettling about it, like the inky black pupils could move at any moment. When they didn't, Ochaco picked the strange item up. All told, the thing was only as long as her forearms and, if not for the weight, she probably could have carried it in one hand.

    Ochaco asked, "It looks so weird. Is it natural, or did someone make it?"

    Mom shrugged, "Someone had to have made it, I'm not sure how. Some kind of quirk I guess. All I know is that they found it buried in an old, broken trunk. It looks unique, so we put in a report just in case. Haven't heard anything back yet, so it's either so old it's priceless or it's worth absolutely nothing. Would you like it?"

    Ochaco happily agreed, and slid it into her backpack, her mom having spent enough time on break as she could afford. Ochaco had made her way home. She lived in an apartment building, a small place with just the two bedrooms. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were practically all the same room, with just a very small counter separating the kitchen from the rest. Ochaco went to her room and, wanting to put the crystal up on a high shelf, she used her quirk on it, expecting it to do the usual so she could just tap it in the right direction.

    Instead, something unusual happened. Normally, when she touched something with her quirk it would lose all of its weight and float where it was. If anything pushed on it, then it would go in the opposite direction in a straight line as long as she didn't release the effect or if it didn't hit something. However, when she touched the crystal, it began to move on its own.

    Ochaco was surprised, as she had only just touched it, hadn't even applied any pressure. It floated through the air without any force seeming to push against it. There wasn't even a light breeze from anywhere to move it. It wasn't moving particularly fast, saying it was drifting would be a charitable way of putting it, but it was apparently moving on its own.

    Ochaco noticed another thing after a minute: it wasn't moving in a straight line. Instead, it was clearly trying to orbit her. She thought hard about what it could mean: was something moving it? Was it trying to communicate with her? Looking at it intently, Ochaco tried to communicate with this strange phenomenon.

    "Hello? Is someone there? If someone is there can you reverse the orbit? Stop it? Shake it up and down?"

    There was no response, and Ochaco felt a little foolish about what she'd just done. But, with the way that it interacted with her Quirk, she was willing to bet that it was actually more special than even its remarkable appearance would imply. Intrigued, she found that if she pushed on it, then she could increase the speed of its orbit so that it would go around her every thirty seconds instead of every minute.

    Another interesting property, was that the faster it was orbiting around her, the faster she could move and it would keep its orbit around her. At its fastest, she could walk normally around her room and it would keep up. Ochaco tried to find a maximum distance from herself where it wouldn't spin around her, but she couldn't find it in the confines of the apartment. She was hesitant to take it outside, too, since she didn't want to lose it and it might count as an improper use of a Quirk.

    Eventually, she realized it was getting late, so she cancelled her Quirk, put the crystal on the nightstand by her bed, made herself some dinner, did her homework, and finally heard her parents arrive home. First her mom and half an hour later her dad came home. They reheated the meal she had made earlier and wished her a good night.

    Ochaco kept the mysterious crystal's strange property to herself, never thinking anything more of it as the weeks went by. Unbeknownst to her, the crystal was producing a unique form of radiation. And as time went on, her dreams became more and more about fighting. She thought it was because she had committed to trying to get into UA next year in to the Hero course.

    It was considered to be the best school in the nation, and regularly made lists for best in the world. It was a high school that had a 3% acceptance rate, and it was rare that three or four of its alumni weren't in the nation's top 10 list of greatest heroes. Ochaco expected she would have to fight, but the dreams were becoming steadily more violent and she didn't know why.

    It was nearing the summer break, over two months since Ochaco had gotten the Frozen Flame, that she had absorbed enough of the crystal's energy that Obsidian's Spawn could reach in to her dreams.

    But the Spawn just did this Dream already? Seems redundant to do it again immediately just so Ochaco can react to it.

    Alright. First off I just wanna repeat something for everyone.
    We are not Obsidian. We never will be either. We are different.
    With that out of the way let's assume that our Lavos-Type is similar to Obsidian in that we are a logical actor, especially as we are now without any 'sight' that Obsidian has through their Arbiter. We don't know about a lot of things, but we dreamed of Obsidian so we know that her first Arbiter Blake has proven she had strength before Obsidian promised any assistance.
    What we know about Uraraka is that she is currently not strong compared to Blake. She's younger (and a different species maybe?) but she doesn't have the power or skill in fighting that Blake does. That's not good. If Uraraka is to be our Arbiter she needs to be stronger to survive so we don't loose our 'sight'. Hell, from our perspective she may not even be that smart! She's planning, so far, on entering a career field centered around violence and fighting when she's taken zero steps in learning combat! She doesn't even practice with her Quirk, her inborn gift that gives her an evolutionary advantage over others of her species! That's dumb. Uraraka has been acting dumb so far, but that's okay because she is young still and can learn.

    Before we Dream of anything, anything at all, it would be wiser to see what kind of strength she has, if any. If she doesn't have any strength, that steel determination that all fighters have, then we're going to have to work on instilling some in her. This vote will put her in the right direction as quickly as we can in my opinion.

    Edit: Also I just went over the timeline on the first page. Taking everything into consideration that means that All For One is around three centuries old. That, is crazy. I love it.

    @LordPanther14 and @Bardic_Knowledge i have a question. Will this be a positive experience/demonstration or a negative one? Are we showing the heights that the Huntsman in Training could reach and their skill/strength or are we highlighting how the ones improperly prepared just straight up died in a world like theirs filled with danger?
