[X] Tell her your name
[X] In a plain bed, a woman with blonde hair and blue eyes watched you as you slept
-
"How fitting of a name. Will you be the one able destroy me, my archangel?"

Nero walked down the road, the young knight was currently on a mission that he had no enthusiasm for.
The road and trees were silent, so silent he didn't even need his arm to know they were trying to ambush him. "This thing is becoming a real pain in the ass." he said as he looked at his demonic arm. The arm continued to glow a soft blue. "I wish there was an off switch." his sword swung off of his back as he slashed through a short and stubby demon. Nero sighed as his phone rang, he already knew who it was.
"Yeah?" he answered. He listened as he dodged another demon that tried to attack him. The young man spoke into the phone. "That's not a very nice thing to say, you shouldn't take your tantrum out on me." he removed the phone from his ear as screaming was heard from the other side. "Jeez, you would think patience and understanding would be instilled in these old geezers." he remarked under his breath as he placed the phone near his ear again. "Listen I'm a little..." his sword impaled into a snake-like demon "-busy at the moment. I'll call you back." he said as he hung up.
The demon on his blade was tossed aside, it hit a large sign. Nero's necklace, a cross, jingled as he rested his sword on his shoulder. He walked by the sign as the demon slid down.
'WELCOME TO CHEDDAR'
He revved his blade as he continued down the road.

Your eyes opened, the room was dim, the soft noise of a television program hummed through the air. You shifted, the white blanket fell off of you as you sat up. You saw bandages covered your chest and arms. Your right arm was placed in a sling.
You continued to look around, you were in a single room apartment it seemed.
"Ah! You're awake!" a feminine voice called out to you. The sound of clattering dishware drew your attention as you saw the owner of the voice. "You should take it easy, you were in awful shape." a young woman with blonde hair and blue eyes told you as she hurried over towards you. She wore some kind of police uniform.
Your palm placed itself on your forehead. "Where am I?" you asked, the last thing your remember was fighting that...monster.
The blonde placed a bowl filled with soup down on a stand next to the bed as she pulled up a chair to sit down in. "You're in my flat." she laughed nervously as you looked at her. "in Cheddar, England." you weren't sure how you ended up here, you were in Enamel City, now you were half way across the globe. It wasn't the wildest thing to happen to you, but it wasn't something that should have happened either way.
"I'm Seras Victoria," she introduced herself. "pleased to meet you, uh..." she scratched her cheek in embarrassment, she realized she didn't ask for your name.
"My name is Michael." you responded, sating her curiosity.
A small smile appeared on her face. "Pleasure to meet you, Michael." she greeted jovially, "I have to ask, what happened to you? I found you bleeding on the road." she inquired as her eyes met yours with confusion and anxiousness.
Seras didn't need to know about what lurked behind shadows. No normal person ever needed to know, it was better she didn't know. You doubted she would believe you even if you told her anyway. "I was mugged." you easily lied to her.
You didn't like your current situation at all. You felt naked without any of your weapons, more so without Kalina Ann. It was your mother's strongest weapon, your greatest treasure, and you no longer possessed it. A piece of you felt like it was missing.
"I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad I found you when I did." she said relieved, she handed you the bowl of soup. "I'm not the greatest cook but you've been unconscious for two days. The doctor said you would be fine, you just needed to sleep and eat well." she informed you as you began to slowly consume the soup. "I need to go shopping, and then I have to be off to work." She informed you as she looked at her watch. "You're welcome to stay until you feel better." she offered as she strapped a gun holster onto herself and checked her gun. It seems she really was in law enforcement. She began to go through her closet.
You sat there, your face in disbelief. She was an idiot, that was the only thing you could conclude to. A stranger, though injured, left alone in your home. What was wrong with her? No one could be that comfortable with an unknown in their home. Your hand scratched your head in annoyance.
You placed the bowl onto the stand as you thought on what to do.
