You sure about that?
Well, so far she is whole lot better that any of the canon versions I know.
Fair enough. I refuse to become to optimistic though.Well, so far she is whole lot better that any of the canon versions I know.
I mean so far she isn't abusing Fate; nor holding a pickled Alicia in a jar.
How is that sane?
Finally, she doesn't like Quattro. Only the insane would like her.
This is a Worm and Nanoha Fic. There is going to be a shoe that gets dropped sooner or later.
Fortunately all of the Slaughterhouse 9 got together with Heartbreaker and formed the group Not Appearing in this Story.
Fate?
THE PLOT THICKENS!
Stuff happens!
Jail is involved!
Precia is sane!
And Fate needs a hug....I think?
This looks like a job for... Sveta!Lots of people need hugs. It's like one of the biggest problems on Earth Bet: hug shortage.
No. And it's not Precia I was referring to, either.
Arf?

I'm quite fuzzy on things, but this seems like a good thing. I've read a tiny bit of Fanfiction that involved Nanoha. Still need to get around to reading Game Theory as well. It was written by @Aleph. A great description of the premise of it is in the bio section of her profile at Immatrael | FanFiction.
Oh neat. We might have a somewhat sane Precia.
Huh?
Uh oh.
FUCK.
Quattro?
QUATTRO?!
FuckFuckFuckityFuckingAllKindsOfFuckAhFuckingFuck.
And here things were going so well. . .
I'm confused, can someone give me the cliffnotes here?A sane Precia?
Oh, yes!
. . . wait . . . QUATTRO?
She and Jack-
. . . no.
She and BONESAW must never meet!
I found that last part interesting as well Mizu. It's almost... well reversed. Well Fate still considers her as her mother, but is her own person I guess in her own thoughts. The Precia side of things is intriguing though.Well, this is a surprise. Not only have the Numbers and Scagletti taken an active role in the events of Nanoha S1, unlike canon, Precia also isn't anywhere near as...sadistic? Delusional? She isn't whipping Fate, anyway, and actually seems to regard her as Alicia reborn - again, unlike canon.
And yet Fate doesn't. Very puzzling...
Also Artificial Mages like Fate and Combat Cyborgs like Quattro could be seen as attempts to replicate the biological engineering of the Sankt Kaiser bloodlines.Oh, and the Numbers are all Cyborgs made by Jail's research, artificially grown in vats. In a sense, Fate and the Numbers are pretty much sisters due to the Tech being involved being similar.
Interesting, thanks.Quattro appears in the third season, StrikerS.
Quattro is a member of a Group called the Numbers, and she is the fourth member, with the other named Uno, Due, Tre, and so on. This points to how the (sort of) Leader of the Numbers, a one Dr. Jail Scaglietti, who is quite the scientist, is rather unimaginative when names are involved.
Now, of the Numbers, Quattro is pretty much the most sadistic creature of them all, who would even kill her fellow Numbers and even Dr. Scaglietti if she thinks it would help her own cause. She never gets to do that, due to the Great and Wondrous Nanoha stopping her, but we get to see her being a sadistic bitch to a little girl for quite a long time.
The Doctor sent who is pretty much the most psychopath of the Numbers to Earth Bet as a Liaison to Precia, though it is understandable since she is the AWACS equivalent within the Numbers.

I'm guessing she is the one that gets super blasted in that StrikerS clip after Nanoha finds her with her sensor probes and then just utterly... DESTROYS everything in the path to her?
Hah I guess it is. Seemed so just from her attitude (no subtitles ) but now with this info I can see she has a IV on her collar.
couldn't find a better clip with high res or english subtitles . Also for some reason she was fighting Vivio.
I need to get around to watching this series eventually. Just have to get over the whole elementary school and all the ecchi thing... somehow.
I might do that, though it does seem the movies are in universe produced PR movies or so it has been said in thread heh. I assume there is a movie (or more) per season?Just watch the movie, though the series has a bit more nuance, the movies (as recaps) are good enough and a bit shorter and better animated (due to being produced a few years later).
It was talked about in StrikerS. And it was more that Nanoha overworked herself to the point she was too worn out and tired to react in time and got horribly injured.Hmm... five mana cartridges were used in that Blaster 3 Divine Buster. Wasn't there a subplot/arc or something that involved Nanoha damaging her linker core due to mana injections due to overuse of the mana cartridge system?
Seems like the glorious goal/reward to reach then. Just still feels I have to watch the others for obvious reasons. I'll do it... one day. Till then I have this story to read, and just be confused by assorted things.StrikerS avoids a lot of the underage fanservice and I enjoyed it a lot.
