Link in Warhammer Fantasy, MK2

Is the next armor fitting before or after the big bug hunt?

Have we seen an armor fitting since we had the intervention for our armorsmith?

I feel weird bringing this up so far into it, but why is almost every update shorter than 500 words? This one was 72 words. That's insanely low. Surely these could be larger?

When is Samantha coming back with the shield?

edit:
I hope before we fight the spider.

Normally a throwing axe is not worth giving up the chance for 4 bullets.
Normally you are not throwing a s7 axe at a building sized spider.

If Link wins this he deserves a stat point.
Also I want to skin the thing. The Grey seer pelt may have escaped me but this beats it.

Can you skin a spider? Do Spiders have pelts? It seems like it would be chitin, which is a completely different skill to harvest than pelts. . .

S6 actually.

Because I can't write. Not in terms of quality, I'm told I'm fine with that, but in terms of quantity. It takes days to squeeze out more than a single page. And I want to update this daily.

Oops, yeah, S6.

Also, we have magic and stuff. And yeah, the square-cube law says this thing should be skinnable, because otherwise the fight would just be waiting for the exoskeleton to crush the gooey innards under its weight, and laughing as it fails to move at all, ever.

In other words, yes, we can and likely will skin it.

Didn't the armorsmith became depressed and alcoholic because of our armor?

Yes, and we had an intervention. Don't remember what happened as a result of that.

I sorta agree about getting throwing axes, and I wanna see how Drunk!Dwarf is doing.

Kurgan seems happy to see you. He has a spring in his step.

"I'll admit, boy, I was in a bad place when you and my friends confronted me." He says apropos of nothing. "But my lad is a smart one, and he set me straight. It is a great honor to be chosen by a deity for collaborative work, but it's still the god what's doing the heavy lifting."

He moves a plate, spits, and throws it aside.

"So I shouldn't get a swelled head about how I'll never do better. I damn well might if yer gods decide to work with me again. Unlikely as that may be. And if they don't? Well, I can still improve on me own merits."

You just nod. Glad he's doing better.

Towards the end of the fitting, he speaks again. "And, yew weren't wrong either. I am more than just my work. I've seen things that would raise yer hackles, and you'll hear some of those stories on the expedition." He sighs, "And my work does save lives." He gets a far away look in his eyes, remembering something.

He slaps you on your back, "That's it for this time. Things are going to scheduled so far. Yer armor should be ready by the tournament."

You nod, and exit. You head directly to Hans' shop. You feel like some throwing axes might be handy.

"Ah, Link! Good to see you in again. I'll be with you shortly." Hans greets you before turning back to another customer, who in turn has stopped to stare at you. You put him out of your mind.

You move to examine the merchandise.
